Absolutely very unique design of the house and very outstanding. The landscaping is definitely on point as well💯💯

I'd set notification to watch this yesterday but didn't have time so today,I made the time and boy,I'm I glad I did! This house had me at the landscaping, so beautiful, so calming! The interior did not disappoint.The workmanship that went into the flooring is amazing. They've given so much for that price point and so much more.Master bedroom lived up to it's billing, sunroom on top of the carport shows excellent use of space,gym and lighting that's not gaudy,were the icing on the cake. But the piece de resistance is the way the dining room opens into the stunning front yard,that's a stroke of genius!!!! Amazing work with videography as always,may this find a worthy buyer.

Perfect house and excellent presentation. Keep giving us a reason to work hard.

compared to homes in SA, Kenya building standards are subpar. Who puts a water closet on a pedestal? It is as though 'affordable' means poor quality. No innovation or creativity with floor baseboards, the use of colonial door frames, no weather stripping on windows or doors, plenty unfinished edges, a bunch of trip hazards especially in the bathrooms, and someone thought it wise to use glass as roofing material on a glasshouse turned gazebo... really?
