    This is awesome. I have a list of names that is "Last Name, First Name Middle Initial" but doesn't always have the middle initial. I've been looking for months as to how to separate the names into separate columns and I think this has solved it. Thank you!

    What should i do the cell contains 3 words and i wanted to remove the 3rd or the last word? How can it be done?what formula should i use? I need your good advice. Thank you

    Hey there, thanks for watching. You could try using =textbefore(A1," "'-1). Just change A1 to the cell you want to reference.
