I love the way the garage looks before they close it off. I always say, if we buy another home i don’t want a garage i want them to leave it with the office. Lol

Great home. I love the open living room. I ended up going with the Vero, which I think is a much better floor plan. The master of the Exbury is disappointing compared to the Vero, but the Exbury has a much better master bathroom. The Vero also has a second bedroom that's practically another master in size.

Marlon!!!!! It’s been a minute. Omg. The preview looks amazing. You already know. 3800 sq ft? Every bedroom should have an en-suite. But let’s watch. Like the front elevation. Deep view on entry. Dining and butlers pantry works. Appreciate the 1/2 bath but it should be in the rear by the backyard/pool door or sliders. Like the mid positioning of the stairs. Lovely kitchen. The breakfast is large enough for formal dining and keep the front a flex space. Love a 1st floor primary. His/hers closet 👍🏼. Nice en-suite. Don’t need the tub but it’s nice for the grandchildren. Linen closet 👍🏼. Shower nice; nicer if had a seat. Covered lanai. Great backyard to add a pool. Agreed. Grey/black railings nice. Open to below is visually pleasing but the traveling noise becomes troublesome. I like your 1st concept of media room and close in the open to below. Lovely laundry 🧺 room. 2 beds with Jack n Jill works. 2 more beds and bath. All the bedrooms and bathrooms spacious. A 1/2 bath upstairs for guests of the bedroom occupants would’ve been the ultimate. This is a lovely 2-story home for those that don’t mind stairs. Good seeing you and see you next video.

Whatever you do, don't buy a Landsea home. They are a Chinese company, use cheap materials and labor. Your house will have many problems. Save yourself and buy elsewhere.

NOOO! Don't buy a Landsea home. They are a Chinese company and they use the cheapest material and labor to construct the homes. Your home will not be like the model. I bought one in AZ and it was the worst thing I ever did. My home is under warranty and they won't fix my house. We have cracked kitchen granite, crooked walls and soffits, stained baseboards with nails sticking out on them, doors won't close, cracks on ceilings, no access to attic, squeeky and sloped subfloor with water damage from rain, a gas smell in the house(ee got sick from ot and landsea wont fix it). Only lived in the house for 5 months and had to flee because it was getting my family sick. Landsea won't help us, and they won't help you either. Save yourself and run.
