Regarding the polar tributaries map, I'll never forget the time I was driving in North Dakota and saw a sign "Continental Divide". I was nowhere near the Rockies so how could this be a Continental Divide? Well, I finally figured out it was the area where the waters flew into Hudson Bay instead of the Pacific or the Gulf of Mexico. You can see part of North Dakota represented on the map flowing into Hudson Bay.

Named The Laurentian Divide. It runs from Triple Divide Peak (aptly named if I don't say so) loosely following the US-Canada border to the Great Lakes, and then angling northeastward to Labrador. Its western portion defined the northern extent of the Louisiana Purchase.

Having lived in Hessen when I was stationed in Germany, I appreciate the elevation map. Notice the higher elevations in the south of the state, this is the Odenwald mountain region, which is an amazing area for hikers. The whole state is really underrated by foreign travelers.

The whole state is pretty great for hiking as you are close to mountains pretty much everywhere, whether you're in the south, east, north, or west. I think it's not just underrated by foreigners but also Germans themselves because it's mostly seen as a transit state that you need to cross to get to the more popular destinations such as the coast or the Alps

I think it totally messed up a lot of the eastern driftless area. Sauk County is one of the most definitive driftless counties, and a big chunk of Western Columbia County is an extension of the same driftless landscape, so putting it entirely in the central farmland region is very inaccurate.

Max - map looked pretty good, but some areas of the Northwoods blend with central farmland a little more south, even as south as Portage and Marathon counties. Just my personal opinion from spending time in the region. The amount of forest cover is much more than what I would consider central farmland.

Howdy Kyle Much enjoyed 'Interesting Maps #11 but, as one of your loyal viewers here in England, may I make a plea for you to produce a video particular subject? Given what is currently happening in the USA, it would be very informative for those of us who are not residents of the United States to be able to understand the "geography" of the US legal system. I say "geography " because it may be more geopolitics or even demography but I personally would like to understand the geographic extent of legal entities such as "The Southern District of New York" and how such jurisdictions overlay the physical geography of the USA. I hope that you will be able to oblige but please tell me if I am barking up the wrong tree. Adam
