Ex-Scientologist's Shocking NEW Revelations

Ойын-сауық

Dani Armando reveals the dark unspoken truth of her childhood in scientology school as a kid before they tried to take her mom from her. She saw and met the likes of Tom Cruise and John Travolta at the famous Celebrity Center in the high-demand organization of Scientology. Here, she explores the horrors of the school and growing up in the cult that is run by leader David Miscavige. For more check out her interview on Shelise Ann Sola's Cults to Consciousness channel.

I was in the cadet Org and really don’t consider it a school. It was more like a joke. We would start studying math or spelling or something. And then a Sea Org member would come over and say they need us to do some kinda of work and school would be over and we would be doing filing. Or for some kind of renovation project and then when they bought the ranch, we would go up to the ranch and knock down walls and renovate to get it ready for all the Sea Org kids to move up there.

What a beautiful human this lady. I am really enjoying this interview. I believe we are all controlled, perhaps to a lesser degree, or a greater degree than Scientology. Thank you Dani for sharing your story. You were so open, honest, articulate and brave beyond your years to do what you did to escape and stand by your mum. I’m really sorry for what that cult did to you as a child. The blatant hypocrisy of them declaring your mum when she’s suffering from alcoholism and had bought you some, meanwhile they’d sexually traumatised you, which probably rises to the level of abuse when you’re so young. The more I hear from Andrew’s guests and Aaron, I cannot believe this so called church is allowed to exist. There should be a class action lawsuit with all of you in it against them. Dani, I’m so happy you’re living your best life now with music. You are doing such a noble cause in rescuing animals, especially the dogs from South Korea. I applaud you wholeheartedly for that. 👏❤️🙏🎶

I didn’t grow up in Scientology but in a Catholic family in Paris in the 70’s and I too were treated as a little adult at age 4. I was given the key to the front door and had to pick up my brother (we were both in kindergarten) and walk home with him. I was put on a train at age 6 to be picked up 6 hours later by the German border by an aunt. I couldn’t read well yet so I had to count the number of stations/stops to make sure I would get off the train in the right town. I too was a people pleaser and not allowed to make mistakes.

another very articulate guest and another story helping the rest of us to understand how our upbringing by well meaning parents who have been taken in by a cult can expose a child to experiences that brainwash the child to not question. The snitch mentality reminds me of what we hear it was like to grow up in a communist country. Dani has a strong spirit to have been able to see through it. Her cynicism is realistic. The hard part is to distinguish between those who are genuinely of good intent and those who are not - but with such a strong spirit she will, and she is helping others to, as well.

I can't imagine having such a sad childhood. It's crazy to have to choose between parents. Growing up, I always had a dichotomous life, split between living with my grandmother who was religious but allowed a huge amount of freedom to learn and explore and visiting my parents on the weekend, who were a little stricter. (I had two bedrooms.) I never had to choose sides. I lived with my grandma during the week because she needed the company, and both my parents worked. My life was a typical 70s/80s childhood. You made your bed, cleaned your room, did chores, and then spent the rest of your time outside until the streetlights came on. There were no helicopter parents and crazy zealots to worry about. All of this was authoritative, not authoritarian training. The guidelines were good grades, good behavior, and having some responsibilities, with little micromanaging. Even though I had a rich religious heritage, it became my life's sanctuary and still is. It's easier to unplug from daily stresses with that element in my life. But, I am able to balance both of these worlds. One of the biggest balancing agents was the YMCA. I had been introverted until I became a member at our local Y, which gave me so many social skills. I still love Y culture and am almost a lifetime member, having brought my hubby of almost 35 years into it 23 years ago.

They did that to John Travolta. As soon as he made negative comments about Scientology suddenly there were tapes, in his voice, admitting very private thoughts, dragged out of him by his handler during sessions with that infernal e-machine. What sort of dirt they have on Tom Cruise must be staggering.

I sent my 4 children to private religious schools as I found the standard of education much higher than the free state school system, plus as I'd been educated at one I found it easier to get my own children in. Sometimes the waiting lists can last for years

It sounds like she’d rather not get too deep into those things. Just because she’s not talking about the emotional family stuff, doesn’t mean she’s not dealing with that. She probably just wants to keep it private, and a big part of that is probably to protect her relatives from Scientology.

It's so funny that the only thing I got out of the book Dianetics when I flipped through it as the Scientology bookstore in my town was to look up every word you come across that you don't know. That's stayed with me since then, which was back in '94. Once I got online in the late '90s I started doing it because it's so easy now.

Brave lady. Absolute wild when you listen to the stories. When you come from a normalish back ground and i first heard about these types of cults i couldn't believe they existed pre- internet days. When i first started my regular travels to London i couldn't believe they existed in our country ! I took a pic of one of the buildings and they wouldn't take they're eyes off me, i just smiled and hoped they never approached me. They have people in all businesses, they've taken someone down off KZread. Followed them in black blacked out SUV's in Tampa and other areas in America. Plaguing this person with emails, phone calls and stalking. This is why you have to be careful. They'll know everything about you Andrew but probably don't see you as a threat. They'll keep tabs though.
