Last year back in March Colorado was hit with a blizzard and almost every hauler in the state was 1-3 days behind. Oddly enough, this was filmed on a Sunday morning while these guys were finishing there Thursday route. A big thanks goes to the super friendly crew.

A beautiful iconic piece of east coast refuse history makes its way out to the Rockies for a long life of post-municipal service. I was not expecting that kind of speed with the tipper, and the blade for that matter is pretty fast for an old beat down truck at idle speed. Working in the snow like that looks pretty tough, I can see how one would get fed up with it. Great post, I can’t wait to see what else you have stockpiled.

So Haul Away is part of the CR&R Company ? And you do know there’s a Company called Haul Away Disposal in Montebello Ca. Has ran over 50 years.

Sick find. Crazy they were working on a Sunday morning, but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do. I find it interesting CR&R would buy a NYC RL, and interesting how there's ASL numbering on there. Good to see those old Tustin b series still alive. When was this filmed? Nice video

Trash Man Daniel CR&R always been crazy. My collection from them is on Friday. They one time sent a ex LA mini amrep for my greenwaste which waa very unusual, then didn’t come and pick up trash and recycling till Sunday afternoon. Currently they keep fluctuating drivers and truck types for my route having many spares do greenwaste. My yard is the same Juan yard so got to see the rapid rail in action once
