Slowly, slowly the wheels of justice turn. This ex- cop is no hero. She wasn't even able to do her job with integrity. Her actions caused death, actions that show malice. Her sentence should be the maximum allowable.

Doesn't this constitute a felony murder? When a crime is in progress (falsely attained warrant) and a person is killed during the crime (entering on a criminally attained warrant) then that is felony murder. They should never have been there on that property and the pretenses on which they were there were based on criminal actions. All of the officers involved in the attainment of that illegally issued warrant should be up on felony murder charges.

The requirements for a warrant entry needs to be changed. ONLY under the most extreme circumstances should a warrant of entry into a home ever be granted. Only if there was a chance of physical harm to someone in the home should one be given. Otherwise the Officers are just going to have to arrest that person on the streets.

They were actually looking for cash. They had a bad report from a cop in another department that there was money there. They did find some of the money, but not what they thought they would find. This raid had members of a police gang that had been doing raids to steal all sorts on money from people. This is all part of a police gang conspiracy.
