Yeah especially with that being her first relationship with a man. You can tell what Shannel said really stuck with Derrick. I feel like a lot of us have that experience where that one person in your life who was supposed to the #1 person there for you said something trying to tear you down. And I think Derrick proved he could make such a huge name for himself just look at his career happy for him. I just hope he doesn’t hold onto the hurt that caused him

actually being a host can make or break a show. if you are horrible you will make the crowd so bored that people will just ignore the drag shows. if you entertain the crowd they will stay, watch and tip...you want a good host.

Relationships based on competition will always fail. Relationships should be boosting someone's morale always. Shannel is too competitive by nature, it is apparent on the seasons she was on.

Derick didn’t come off as bitter or hurt at all. What are you all talking about? Let’s be honest Shannel IS grand and I believe she told Derrick that and it isn’t something you forget. We watched Shannel on S1, we know she’s full of herself. For good reason but still not humble. I completely understand Derrick talking about how off putting that was because it is. Derrick talked truth.

If you listen to the end of the interview, she says the difference between her relationship now is they don't compare themselves to each other. Courtney encourages her to do her own thing and experiment ... no need to copy someone else. I think that is what she meant by Baby Fetus ... she is just starting out, doing her own thing, and still growing into her drag persona. But unlike Channel, Courtney or their third partner is NOT going to arbitrarily tell her what she can and can't do.

Of course there's more to it, but Derrick would have never said anything that painted him in a bad light. This is why it frustrates me - Derrick's little dig at Shannel just seemed bitchy as opposed to Shannel who was very professional about it.

As much as I may agree with Derricks point and how he was "honest" I do think that he should have said less. It was obvious they were both being lured into a trap to be messy about each other and Derrick fell right into it. Chanel was poised and professional and only said nice things, while Derrick allowed his emotions get the best of him. Also we have have to keep In mind that regardless of Chanels ego (and boy does she have one) context is everything. We don't know the full context of the convo and by eliminating that for us as viewers Derrick just painted Chanel as a former bf who didn't care about his interests and of course Nebraska had to hop on it to further stir the pot saying that they are different than Chanel because they are supportive like I don't like that. They both basically had the same question but gave very different answers and in my opinion there's a difference because "I'm gonna be honest" and being professional, because you could really hurt someone's brand with comments that have no full context based off of your emotions.

She was so upset with Shannell she took a break from dating men. Then her very last words were affirming his love for Shannell. No doubt about it Derrick still has an issue with Shannell.

Derrick's makeup is always a disaster and she's always shading people.

This kept popping up in my recommended happy Derrick moved on and got in her super supportive relationship even if it's with 2 other people. Know your worth
