    You are correct. What i find funny is how many "you step in that mma gym to grapple you better be ready to DIE"-bros out here commenting that orlando did nothing wrong. First of all, mma gyms are for learning and fine tuning skills, not fighting. These guys get injured enough in the one fight they have all year, why would they train in a way that could hurt them? Secondly, hes a washed up steriod user who never had it in him to go pro in any major promotion, and obviously a bully pos. Thats what he is. That whole gym is funny to me, so many washed up losers in there working out.

    ​@nickharvey870Frank executed a technically beautiful shoulder lock from the guard, and - had he chosen to - could have applied it with gradual pressure in a sparring session to have the same effect. Orlando snapped on a shallow underhook with full force and at high speed from a standing position, leaving no time to submit prior to it being potentially destructive to Sean's arm. The situations are not equal.

    Well, for now he is still above the Navy Seals, as he just beat one without breaking almost any sweat. The seal was gassed out in round 2 and he also didn't even try to hit Sean or defend himself with any form of guard. If the dude can pass Hell Week and the weeks after, while running out of air and battery in round 2, then Sean should be able to pass Hell Week without any problems.

    ​@andreamarchetti1010 its legal in a ufc fight or even a competitive grappling match i believe, its a dick move for sure cus it gives you zero time to actually tap out. So most gyms will tell you dont do shit like that while training. My head coach specifies that heavily when teaching certain moves, in the gym we're not fighting we're training dont try and legitimately hurt anyone.

    Yep. I’ve had both shoulders torn and my thumb broken by AH training partners. Experienced guys know when training it’s best to warm up and slowly increase the intensity. Some will take advantage of that kindness and it takes a lot of woosa to not beat the living tar out of them.

    Because you’re putting your health and trust into training partners’ hands. When someone intentionally breaks that trust and attempts to hurt you during *practice*, that is incredibly upsetting. Sean could have knocked this guy clean out and the community would have applauded. Even after the backfist and teep, Sean showed some incredible restraint.

    It's not my preferred style of engagement but I'd argue wrestlers typically end a fight pretty quick with locks and submissions. Once they get a good hold on you the fight is almost over, so dont let em take you down!
