Supercell, we didn't actually want Battle Ram to destroy troops it crashed through or drop evo barbs. Those were jokes.

Either reduce the damage to tower by half or remove bounce back. The buff to Pekka & MArcher, plus this evo and the fact that Pekka counters it... Pekka Bridgespam meta

Every evo, buildings become more and more essential.

Remember the days when Boss said he would NEVER buy or have level 15 cards...

this is a good format video. I like how I can see and count elixer and cycles on screen in the normal spot

it is pretty broken but a lot of people forget that you can just log or zap/stun it and it really wont do anything, log + knight would probably take care of it pretty well however if you manage to bait out those cards with like a logbait deck or a combination with evo wallbreakers then it'd be pretty difficult to stop

The only way to nerf this new evo is to remove its bounce effect while hitting buildings.

Bro at this point, all these evo's are broken lol

@@polk7706 I play minerloon and there is literally no way for me to counter it without doing a negative elixir trade.

This will be great to counter the building meta. You won't get by just relying on buildings for defense anymore.

To be honest, I wish evos were reworked. Something like super Troops in COC, a more flashy troop or spell but balanced with some drawbacks, like being more expensive. Also I would like evolutions not needing cycling, to not benefit too much cheap decks.

The evo battle ram isn’t super broken, I’d say it’s like a ram rider where it almost always gets value while dealing damage to other troops, I feel like they should either remove the damage or push back though

Zap + Cannoneer. Game over before it starts. Fisherman will probably be a solid answer as well

Evolved zap, electro wizard, and Tesla should be pretty darn good against it. Also, if it still has the same amount of health as a ram, (before it breaks and the barbs pop out) then fireball will still wreck it as well. Obviously, the biggest problem will be after you break it, dealing with better barbs wrecking the tower. I think evolved zap is going to be HUGE against it, it will basically stop it, almost completely for just two elixir. I could see electro wizard becoming meta again as well. It should do very well against both the ram and the barbs if you place him right.

To all those saying that bridge spam will be the best deck, I kind of disagree. Sure it will be great due to the addition of the recent evolutions but decks having evo bomber nado or marcher nado will rise up more as well. Currently the pekka bridge spam used evo zap and archers. Evo zap was great due to being a mini freeze and the constant area denial while Evo archers provided an answer to almost every ranged card. I don't think evo battle ram would be able to replace either of those as of now, as the traditional counters like bomb tower (if you place something behind the ram to attack it while it is locked on bomb tower) and bowler work with almost same interactions. It does provide a way to fight against swarms and small low hp buildings, but the interactions you saw here involved princess tower. Against cannoneer which is the better tower troop currently, your interactions run easier. Also we don't know much about Dagger Duchess and she may counter it better. So with all that said, I think decks like gd bomber, marcher nado and Splashyard variations will see better success. Splashyard has graveyard and tombstone traditionally and some variations even involve evo skeles which all work wonders against Cannoneer (the better tower troop). Do not forget nado and Bowler and marcher and evo bomber which all see success in the various variations of Splashyard. But we can only predict the meta after understanding the core mechanics of Dagger Duchess.

The bouncing is cool but the pushback is just way too much

honestly I'm fine with the pushback and the killing goblins and stuff but the fact that it bounces off the tower and then can hit it again just seems like a little too much for me I get it it's an evolution but that seems like way too much and if they're going to Nerf it they either should remove that or limit how many times it can bounce off the tower
