I never played black and white but man, out of all of the games its the one that just screams high production value. Im amazed that they managed to animate every single pokemon sprite, its a shame they didn't last more than a single game.

Thisi is pure nostalgia. I can't even say which generation is the most nostalgic to me. They all hold a special place in my heart. That's why I keep replaying all of them.

I wish 3d Pokémon games would create new animations since it feels way too recycled since XY.

@@nyomnyaam9856 creating new animations takes a lot of time, time which could be used on more important things and if they were to take more time on Pokemon games, I don't want a majority of that time to be taken by creating new animations for old stuff, which is what they would have to do.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet:

I'd say it made the biggest jumps from gen 2 to gen 3 and from gen 5 to gen 6.

Gen 5 and 6 best they have good level design and a lot of beautiful views

Wow I like how nostalgoc the old ones are. It's amazing!

I liked how powerful the moves look before. Compare earthquake before and now its insane. In Gen 9 you jus see a few broken rocks appear under the pokmeon. That seems to be the new trend for Gen 9. The move animations dont cover much of the field. Only a small spot. Or they just appear under the pokemon.

This was really great. I really love how nostalgic the old pokemon games are, i also played almost all of the pokemon games when i was younger and i still like the pokemon games too. I really miss the 2d sprites from pokemon red/blue and pokemon fire red too.

I love Pokémon old era (until 2011) 🥰

Only possibility is legends girantina, but as you saw in the movie; even girantina is no match for arceus All box covers are pokemon of equal strength, groudon vs kyogre for example There is ‘lore wise” no pokemon that can match arceus so you cant make a game revolving around its opposite

Because 3rd versions are least selling Platinum and emerald are the Lowest selling one they can just add a crap dlc for lower price then actuall game and make money They can just say it's not another game

I'd say gen 3 made the biggest jump. I love the RSE aesthetic. After that, Gen 6 made the second largest jump. I remember losing my mind over being able to walk diagonally, but looking back: gen 6 feels a bit awkward. I'm sure that is what gen 8& 9 will feel like in 10 years. It's a huge jump towards open world, but it's still clunky.

I mentioned SV being the worst because of the incompetence that it is better to make the characters be like they are from an anime, and see if a character is a male or female without much of talking like the "boy or girl" option.

If only they all looked like Pokémon diamond remakes 😍 and no crystallization, dinamax or a moves. Megas is way better, they could of fixed those that did not have an evolution or the evolution sucked…🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah, I think OR/AS are the last good Pokémon games. The camera change on sun and moon was the wrong turn. The more they tried to make open world games and the more the world started to look empty and devoid of details.

SV being the worst is correct. USUM would not be the worst if you played those first and not SM.

For me the best graphics are from gen 3 and 4. The are the best and the most nostalgic

As soon as the character models became 3d the artstyle died. BW was the best artstyle. I don't necessarily mind the Pokemon themselves being 3d, but the 2D characters just feel so much better to me.

While RGB do have those, we do not mess around with those games a lot that we would not notice. SV, however, there are a lot.

Game Freak owns part of Pokémon. I believe the other owners are Nintendo and Creatures, Inc. Game Freak would have to agree to fire itself. It would be like Game Freak owning part of Pokémon and firing itself. ...I'd use a similar example, but given that Pokémon is the biggest media franchise in the world, there's no better example. Which kinda makes the point: Game Freak would be more likely to let Pokémon die in its hands than to let it flourish in a potential competitor.
