I first started playing on the original ipad, this was way back when they had the lite version on the app store and you couldn’t even use the nether reactor, not sure what version that was but it was pretty early on. Anyways, those were some of the best days of my pre-teen years and my first real introduction to gaming. I’ve graduated college now & have been an adult for a while, but those days seem like yesterday & I’d give anything to go back and experience it again.

I started at 0.6. I only REALLY started playing when Lifeboat had started out. I still remember the small lobby with a bit of parkour, and a single SG map. It was great.

Man this takes me back so much! I can't believe how far this game has come. What a throwback.

My favorite version was 1.9 just because of nostalgia. I remember getting on Blocklauncher and finding so many different mods and sometimes I would just push Blocklauncher's limits and see how many mods I could use at once before the phone went nuclear. Good times.

i came here to see the textures from 214 and i gotta say some looks way better than the ones we have now like the grass block and tall grass being everywhere gives the play a more lush look to it something we only have on java edition now which makes me sad

Back when the demo existed, that was all I ever played

I wish I could go back to old pe, I love the features and content for minecraft today but sometimes I feel fine with old and classic textures and features like the vibrant grass and leaves, the nether reactor core, the old stone cutter, only oak planks, automatic crafter, cyan rose and crazy world generation. Everything today is great but sometimes I like the simpler things in life.

The thought of the entirity of bedrock edition coming from the most underdevolped version of the game at that time just astounds me... Its insane how it was able to catch up to java.

Yeah, but in the process they completely destroyed mcpe. I still love Minecraft, and I'm a bedrock player. But you have to agree, mcpe is no more. MCBE is a completely different game, it had its own charm to it. Maybe it's just the nostalgia talking, cause I played it since 0.2.0

I probably started playing from either version 0.9.0 or 0.10.0, But man, this flooded me with memories...

I first played it in the 0.1 version and i was only 4 back then. I always thought i was like 6 or something but when i saw that old menu with the three buttons i knew that was there when i first played it. Im 14 now and still come back to minecraft very often. I sometimes have a period where it is my main game (im on ps4 now) and then i don’t play it at all for a few months and so it continues. I will always come back to minecraft.

Kinda Glad that I played this game since 2011 :D. I played MC Throughout all of the versions on the PsVita Edition. After the Legacy Version died, I played 1.5 Online on PE :D

I remember being really really excited for 0.15.0

Oh man It's been so long and I don't remember what version I started with (probably 0.7/8). I remember going to my friends house and saw her playing on her ipod touch. Bro after this I was dying to get this on mine and mum downloaded the lite version and I remember it had like 5 blocks at the time lol but eventually I bought the played version bc I loved it so much. I introduced my friends to it and they loved it too. And agghhh that nether reactor, one day it was there and was happy making flat worlds full of the nether "mountains" they made and the next they were gone. I started playing it on xbox one around 2015ish but mainly still on PE. I mainly played not caring about the updates but noticed them as they slowly came. Here's some notable ones I actually remember: The aquatic. Loading into my world on xbox, I noticed in a lake next to my house full of zombie like blue things in the water and sure enough they were drowns! Another one was where they added different colour boats. Me and my friend were having a sleepover and joined on a world to notice there was these new boats and you could now fit animals in too! I also have so many memories that make me so nostalgic. The first being a world I created mimicking stampys lovely world (my idol, I literally made my xbox username after him). I created this world with rails across the river and was so proud of myself. I even managed to work out redstone with daylight sensors! I also remember playing survival with my cousin who had bedrock and Java. After showing me Java, we joined on bedrock and he taught me the scary world of survival where we went as far as to get gold, the best ore I'd found so far and set up an epic base to smelt it. I also remember at a sleepover with my mate where we stayed in the loungeroom in front of his ps3 or 4 playing mc creative making boat stations around the island and our own towns late at night! Anyone else remember their first diamonds? I do. I learnt the key rule of mc Don't dig down! As I had just found diamond for the first time on xbox and dug straight down to fall in lava and lose all my hard earned stuff. I ended up rage quitting after searching if there was a way to get back my stuff. I mainly played creative, aspiring to create massive houses, hotels and farms because why not? Like one time when I made a massive spleef map out of diamond blocks with a staircase to get to the top. I even taught my sis to play on a flat creative world where she flew around spamming blocks. I even remember tricking my friends into making huge rockets that i said i would show them how to fly after watching stampy. My childhood is full of memories from this great game and I will never forgot the impact it had on me my friends and my life. I love you minecraft and atleast in my heart, you'll never die 💙💙

I remember the inventory going from 3, to 5, to 7, to 9. Exciting times.

I started playing in 0.2.0 I remember not having chests and because of that I had to throw away stuff constantly. Also I was soo Hyped when they finally released 0.4.0 it was such a huge update. It’s so crazy how fast the time went by, back then I was in elementary school, now I’m in university studying economic computer science

I don't know which Version was my first one, but I remember that I started playing the game when I was about 7-8 years old on the ipad of my father. I remember the old surface and that you couldn't sleep in creative mode, couldn't use chests and beds and that I was so scared of the monsters in survival mode. The world always had a border and there where only very few mobs. You had to wait a long time to get the updates from the Java Edition too. I'm now 18 years old and it's unbelieveable, how much the game improved and what a great part of my life it is. I love Minecraft forever.

Start playing mcpe in mid 2015 until now im still playing mcpe, back then LBSG (Lifeboat Survival Games) was the server i usually play in, It was tons of fun, i remember the octopus lobby days, but now i mostly play hive, Man such good days

I remember back when they added the redstone ore but no actual redstone so nothing would come of you breaking it. Good times
