I dont know why Devil Kazuya didnt appear in Tekken 5 and 6. yeah the introduction of DVJ is probably the reason, but still they could have had Devil Kazuya in T6 just as part of Kazuya's moveset, like TT2

i think its bc in Tekken 6 he kept it low profile so public media wouldn't turn against G Corp which Heihachi exposes his devil form during Akuma fight

Its because Kazuya has full control of the devil gene T4 onwards so it wouldnt make sense as he is just the same person with like 5 more moves while Jin and Devil Jin is a conflicted character which makes it feel as if its not exactly the same character.

Kazuya has various transformations throughout the games, films, and pachinco machines it has to be seen of his final devil form. Also the Mishimas are something else aswell in which many characters confirmed them be something beyond human and Jinpaichi's paranormal Resurrection and their powers plays a strong role in that.

Quiet as kept kazuya is weak Fr Fr he has lost for the most part to every major rival he had or atleast was the first to go into peak form before his opponent example Akuma was washing em then he says ok enough of the goes into devil form he lost to JIN in T5 he lost to heihachi numerous times even in T7 he was the first to unleash his max because heihachi was washing em the heihachi unleash his because he says he was literally waiting for to bring his full devil out
