Willem Dafoe will always be the best Green Goblin there ever was. He lives, breathes and fits that role

With Goblin being Peter's biggest archenemy it's pretty crazy, considering there's a ton of Spider-Man games, that he's really not in many of them compared to his other villains. Oh and on a side note, the DS version Spider-Man Web Of Shadows is such a GEM. Damn shame it's so overlooked. Same with the DS version of Spider-Man Shattered Dimensions.

It's a shame that green goblin, Spidey archnemesis, is used so little as the main antagonist of a videogame and is reduced to a simple boss fight like many other B-series villains.He should be like joker in batman games, always present as main villain or final boss or at least as a secondary antagonist.

Idk if I’m the only one who noticed this but in Spider-Man ps5 or ps4 when you play as Mary Jane an you sneak through mayor osbornes office you find a helmet that’s super high tech and once you put it on you can see in the top left corner it says glider sync 30% so maybe green goblin in Spider-Man 2

I think they confirmed goblin won't be in Spiderman 2, but he could definitely be a main villain for 3 and we may see Norman's buildup to goblin in 2. Maybe through Peter trying to remove the symbiote from Harry it ends up getting Harry killed by the disease he has, causing Osborn to go bad after loosing his position as mayor, possibly his company, and lastly his son, leading him to become the goblin setting him up as the main villain blaming Spiderman for Harry's death in Spiderman 3
