Exactly, I was competitive in igau and when it comes to tourney play, I definitely cheesed out some games with scrubby tactics. But when there’s money on the line, I’d do anything that works. Best finish was top 32 2013 evo

Truly amazing matches. Been a while since I enjoyed so much to watch a tournament.

I'm most impressed with MIT's deathstroke. he overcame a lot of tough matchups for his character main. and well done to pig's zod. he's so hard to play well. too see him in top 8 this year is awesome.

He was just shooting with zod. Call it zoning or whatever but it's essentially spamming and calling it zoning was just an excuse to make it okay. I'm not saying he's awful, I apologize for calling him ass, but I would've liked to see some lengthy combos.

Pimpimjim is one of the best players i ever see, his combos and play style with Hawkgirl is preaty insane, i tryed to play her myself and it not that easy as it looks like... very good job by him, i was disappointed a bit cus he didnt make it to the finals :/

I was also REALLY hoping that there would be no manhunters in top 8 this year. hopefully a lot of people on the forums will stop complaining about how OP he is. This year proved manhunter isn't like kabal from mk9. Neatherrealm studios did an excellent job patching this game. Very pleased with the variety of characters this year unlike last year (which was dominated by superman and his stupid pre patch pressure with f2,3 breath, killer frost and her ridiculous vortex, and black atom and his safe no meter dive kicks). It's hard to say now that this game is unbalanced now (except maybe in the case of joker who virtually doesn't exist in this game). just about any character is viable nowadays.

Aquaman has good normals and decent zoning a lot of safe moves his character trait is good an prevents him from being hit by combos and no one user the special because they use it to enhance moves to extend combos for more damage then the special move could ever do

starzilla83 Well yes and no. The ps3 controller has to be wired or it has to have a converter. There is a no wireless controller rule. But this is only really strict at evo at locals regionals and even some majors they might not really care just make sure you disconnect your shit so you don't ruin another persons match. ( anyone can compete at evo man weather you make it through pools an in the top 8 or not is a different story.

Why would you be anyone other than hawk girl or batgirl? You catch your opponent twice and you win

I've noticed that Doomsday requires very little skill to use. He was actually the first character I used to beat the game on Very Hard Classics. Batgirl is a button masher's dream, she just has so many attacks to use, u can combo anything with her, which is why I use her as a side character cus I hardly need any practice with her. You would think Nightwing would be the same thing, but he's more complicated than Batgirl. Flash I think is great for beginners also, if u can beat a Good Flash player, then you can beat almost any character style, cus Flash to me personally is just ridiculous as fuck playing against sometimes if u don't play against him often, like u can't be offensive with him, u gotta defend before attacking.

The first time I ever played Injustice, when it first came out, Doomsday was the first character I used to beat the game on Very Hard, because he was so easy n cheap to use. Most of the other characters like Grundy and Raven took me some time to practice with before I beat the game on Very Hard with them.

+Christopher Corral whenever I pick up a new fighting game, I usually try to beat the hardest difficulty with a couple characters. I main doomsday but also did it with Superman and Bat girl when they came out. Anyone can beat hard mode as long as you don't have a vagina
