​​@@vcca15 I remember Affixes don't work in Grand Races, otherwise it'll be real unfair for many players. Maxing a vehicle out is much more achievable than getting a full Nitro Chemist set.

If they do what they did in crew 2 there will be times where they give extra sets of legendary parts through summits that have further boosted stats and it sucks to miss out on those so pay attention to the summits for the future guys

Motorfest is my first experience in the Crew franchise whatsoever, and I've only really been going through the playlists since launch, but reviewing various content on the game, it's clear that this upgrade system will become relevant fairly soon. So far, I can't remember seeing many if any gold parts, so they must be difficult to acquire, or I'm not at that point in the game yet.

Legendary parts can drop from any event. The probability is very low, which is why you need to do a bunch of maximizing your affixes to get the best possible chance.

Great video, this is the first Crew game I play and it was hugely helpful

Hello I need help. How can upgrade affix for a racing motorcycle. what is the right affix status i should use it. Any suggestion? Im new but i love the motorfest game. Specially I love racing motorcycle type.

Next update it should be add allow swapping performance part to another one (Must be in a same class) (Street Tier 1/2 will be separately) Dragster is totally hardest to grind that part ever. You can only get 1 or 2 parts.

It’s a bummer that they don’t have the transfer parts button like in TC2. Which means you now have to swap all 7 parts to the other vehicle instead of just having to swap all parts from 1 to the other car in 1 click

To swap parts on a single car yes, but to swap full sets between cars it's a bit of a long one imo.. But who knows, they might add it :)@@MilitiaGamingCommunity

The general consensus is that vanity tires that cause a wider stance for the car DO help with grip but tbh, it’s so hard to test

Relatively new to this game I recently got a full set of Treasure Sniffer legendary parts and it says the set bonus increases treasure density by 2. What exactly does this mean?

how can you collect so many pieces and very good pieces? are there no special races made for hypercars like in the crew 2? Can someone explain me ?

I bought a 1970 GTX road runner to make as a drag race car. Can you not customize any car for drag racing events? Or can you only use the prebuilt drag racing cars for drag racing?

All my upgrades are being sent to my mailbox and I cant claim them because it says it’s full so I went to all my car cats and deleted mostly all of them and I still can’t claim them and they still get sent to the mailbox

Salvaging Parts gives those currency it is used to reaffix the stat on parts so if you have something like drift bonus and want nitro power instead you'll reroll using the currency. Everytime you reroll the price goes up so if unlucky you'll need lots

Those are spare parts. You need them to re roll your affix. You get them from scrapping other parts.

Maybe you have the answer. Goldfinder means more loot, thats easy. But what on earth does Lucky do, does it actually increase the chances of getting Legendary Parts? Or does it do something else?

Yes it’s increases the chance of getting red and yellow often doesn’t mean you get them in all races u beat even with 178% luck

Unfortunately you only have 50% more Nos in the tank with Nitro Chemist in Motorfest instead of the double you had in TC2

I dont think it is A Fix. It is telling you to affix stats to the part. Uh-fix like to attach a state to the part. I dont know though

They do not, its all equal and fair play. all cars are the same level with the same parts to make it fair.

There more for PVE events and those limited summit events to win limited time cars in the future, Upgrades in PVP hell no I like the fairness and variety of different car people drive u just gotta have skills on how to turn and how your car reacts on turns and saving nitrous and ain’t bout winning 1st those grand races just having fun w a lil competition of gaining a position the prize is beneficial for everyone get more money then any events thrown in free roam

This game makes me so curious. When I see your videos, I really want to play it. But I still haven't bought it because my pile of shame is getting bigger and bigger. I have enough on my plate with Lies of P and soon Lords of the Fallen. :D

No. The only thing that does is your pro settings

There needs to be an option to participate in grand races with our upgraded cars. Although I can appreciate the benefit of having a more power car to use for Summits, in almost all instances in the Crew 2 (and the first couple in Motorfest) I’ve been able to platinum with only max performance parts. I’ve never needed nitro chemist or feats bonus to score within the top 11k. And some bonuses are pointless. Treasure hunter parts are a waste of space. And I must have missed something because there are no rewards worth caring about once you pass a handful of levels. So why worry about XP at all? Bragging rights? I actually love the game, but this system is wack.

If you have way too many parts, yes, scrap the green ones first, then blue. Based on how I did it in The Crew 2, I aim only for gold.

And they all stay in TC2. Best case scenario for grinding with that cop hypercar race since motorfest raised prices

Maybe it’s just me and my bad luck but damn trying to get a full set is ridiculous. I’ve been grinding the delivery mission nonstop to the point where I’m just deleting gold parts. I still can’t get a full set of any set. For those out there that don’t know anything about the missions like the delivery mission and is just playing the game normally good luck ever getting a full set. 😖

For new players like me, please note that, "AFFIX is useless in grand race".

MR- mid engine(engine position in the car) rear wheel drive(how power is distributed to the wheels) FRD- Front engine, Rear wheel drive FFD- Front engine, front wheel drive 4WD/AWD- engine position is unstated for this one but you can find it if you look the car name up, all wheel drive (means that the power goes to all wheels at once) hope this was helpful😊

What is the need for fully upgrading cars? As far as I can see it only benefits your car’s performance when playing offline; multiplayer events make sure everyone’s car has equal performance so that races are decided on skill. I equip the highest grade parts to every car as I unlock them, but I’ve never sought to grind for “legendary” parts. I’ve completed all of the playlists on the second highest difficulty, without having to really think about choosing parts (the playlists make you use loaned vehicles anyway). So what do people grind for the legendary parts for? To drive faster in free-roam?

I'm pretty sure the equal performance only affects the car's performance number, but affixes still work. At least I know the XP ones do for grinding orange XP in grand races. Summit events also use your own vehicles so having superior performance will help you score higher each week for the bonuses. Though far as I know any vehicle rewards gotten from the summit ranks aren't exclusive (only legend XP grind), just the vanity items. Having bucks or XP affixes and set bonuses can make grinding out the main stage stuff faster too.

The main use is the Summits. And basically everything you do for your Main Stage progression tracks each month except the Grand Races.

Well you can do all races in playlist with your own custom cars. And Just play The Grand race agains other players you also got the battle Royal and other 1 as PVP. Even if you don't win you still get rewards and XP to help you out. And every week do the summits..

how do you actually get the gold parts lol

There's a prompt at the lower left showing you which button it is. Press that button on the car you want to take its parts from, find your recipient car and press that same button to transfer the parts over.

The worst thing about this game - that has somehow been overlooked - is information about almost everything in the game. I’ve barely played The Crew 2 and still don’t know much about how this game works. For example, how can they not even explain what the difference is between two parts that have the same number and rarity but have different pictures? What does one do that the other doesn’t? It’s super frustrating and takes a big hit in UX.

Sure. The reward system gives you parts with Perf levels that are based on your inventory, not the currently equipped parts.

Nitro chemist nerf to 1.5 from 2.0 lmao, more signs not to buy this game.

They made this game so fucking stupid with parts upgrading. Why would they choose to make it so complicated with percentages and all this weird shit. The gameplay of this game is fun but all this extra dumb shit makes me want to turn the game off sometime.
