Incredibly helpful! Can be a confusing and frustrating time after a stress fracture, and a long journey to recovery! But you've explained everything so simply :) thank you!☺

Thanks for watching! Glad you found it helpful.
Love your videos mate. I had a tibia stress fracture in January 2022. I had a reoccurrence in June 2022 and I've just had another reoccurrence (albeit very mild). I used to run 90 miles per week and I haven't been able to run more than 10k since the January 2022. Running out of hope but good to know there's still a few things I haven't tried.

Question: could a runner begin to feel a tiny hint of pain in their medial lower tibia BEFORE a stress fracture has occurred? I don't feel any pain while I run, but I occasionally feel hints of very minor pain in that area during random times of the day. I decided to take a break from high-impact cardio and hoping I haven't had a real injury yet. Also researching foods that I can add to my diet that might help.
Thanks sir

If you've had to be sedentary due to a stress fracture, is your skeleton going to be weaker when you return to sport or even get back to moving around? How would you recommend dealing with that? I have a sf in my foot but I am really unsure about how to go back to things when it's healed. I have totally lost faith in my body, I wasn't even running when this happened.
