Great video, regarding U radiator I have always preferred to do tubes up on my custom loop if front mounted as this certainly makes bleeding the system easier and less risk of an air lock. Yes if you did need to drain without disassembly it will make it difficult but really if your doing a 6 monthly or yearly coolant change you should ideally be stripping down and doing a through clean anyway. Isn't an X flow single pass, not triple? If so- not X water path, but /. And a 280 rad might be 150mm wide (not 280). But thanks for the video!
