    So you said in this video that the JustSprint program is adjustable to in-season, and off-season based on an individual’s sport. I was really doubting this program because of under-recovery and “grinding”, from training. But after hearing this I am a lot more convinced into getting this program. Your work is something I trust, and other coaches don’t attract my attention in athletic programs and teachings. But your knowledge makes sense to me because I also believe in some of your beliefs and teachings, based on my own research. Anyways, my question is, can the JustSprint program be adjusted in-season and off-season for two sports? I play football, and will run track my junior season. I was put in the 400, but I want to get faster so I can compete in the 200 and 100, because that will help me more for football. Lastly I just want to say thank you for all the work you do.

    With a sport like rugby or combat sports that require repeated power efforts and sprint intervals throughout the game. How can i implement sprint training to my sessions should they be completely separate and focus on one adaptation at a time. As i am doing a fair amount of conditioning and need an aerobic base to last a full game or fight. Cheers great content btw.

    If you're doing let's say 6x20 Meyer sprints and you sprint the 1st one, then sprint the 2nd one and run slower do you keep going with the workout or call it good and go onto plyos and then strength work ?

  • @Clifman13
    @Clifman136 ай бұрын

    I'm not questioning what you're saying on mixing plyos, strength, isos, etc. Nathaniel morton who really like a well says, you should specialize your workouts on one thing. I think to a degree he is right in a period of time but mixing does makes sense but is he right that after time does it lose its effect?

  • @justjumari

    @justjumari

    I mean maybe it was just misunderstood I talk to him a bit and he does plyos with strength work in all his programs sometimes he’ll separate the days

    @@justjumari thank you for the reply. He says that it won't work for you if you're a experienced. The only way for you to progress is to specialize on one thing. He was referencing a book I think. Not that anyone is wrong. I think there is misunderstanding but also there is a point for each to be made. The body gets used to things.
