With what I've noticed during the Story there had been sections where they had different jutsu. So Just like the Online Feature being locked. Maybe they are ALSO planning to release that feature at a later date.

There's also the annoying lobby glitch where someone joins ur match and then quits, you get matched with a new person, but u get the last person's customization on your characters.

Yeah because nowdays patches and fixes are a common I dont think they test games like they used too before Now the game aint a broken mess like some where (Pokemin , CyberPunk) but come on we expect stuff to be good at launch and they removed features which entry for no reason

I just hope Storm Connections will get as many patches/updates as Storm 3 which was at some point revolutionary, they were nerfing/buffing characters when they saw someone is too OP.

Super armor moves , multiple hit moves and pains Almighty push is so infuriating and don't get me started with spammers bruh why the f do they reward them ?!? As much as I want them to fix these things , knowing CC2 I know damn well they aren't

@@ST-sj6oh there are counter characters to punish certain spammers. what I found so far is: baryon naruto's second jutsu completely super armors through minato's annyoing teleport rasengan and catches him. no punish for the naruto shadow clone thing so far.

Unless I’m stupid, one of the major issues with the online is that you can’t back out of the ranked lobby. Bad connection? Too bad, gotta deal with it and fight everybody you run into. So crazy.

It's crazy how CC2 was once so far ahead of its time and then ended up being so far behind.

There's no way they had 5 years to make the game because it wouldn't have come out in the state that it's currently in. It wouldn't be so barebones with content, with busted gameplay and broken online. This game was definitely a last-minute, quickly done side project. They did not spend any time on it, they just wanted to get something out the door quick to satisfy the demands for a new storm title. It's the same situation that happened with jojo asbr. Just make something quick and dirty, and get it out there fast.

Lol its the other way around Shikas. Im sure Bandit Scamco was like "Yo CC2! I need you to make storm connections with less than 3 years of development time for the 20th anniversary! We want Christmas money!"

It's like they don't even care about their own game so why should we, shits so frustrating. It's so hard to enjoy the game when people are sweating even in casual match.

The ONLY way I’d buy this game is if they 1) Bring back the flick. It was such a creative element to add to a game. You can have that and still have the second jutsu… 2) Bring back character switching when they turn blue vs them being fully charged. 3) Repercussions for countering, and certain items 4) No automatic chakra refills

The nostalgia goggles really fooled the people who bought. I thought about buying it myself but not anymore. They keep updating this old ass 10 year old engine I’m kinda over it especially in the 2020s.

Take the bs super armor off of jutsu and support and there’s a fix to a lot of this games problems. Also they’re gonna have to nerf poison. Poison tag into a regular combo is close to a full bar of health

This is on u bro, you shouldve never played this game in the first place the only way Bandai treats the Naruto IP right is if everyone (content creators included) collectively as a community boycotts this shit…

I'm really liking what I've seen of the custom lobbies so far. I think the game is about to get so much better this month just because of that. Just a shame it took this long. But then again, the fix for endless in storm 4 was way longer

The game might get better over time but I'm still not going to buy it. This entire game is a cash grab and it would have been better if it was a $30 DLC to Naruto Strom 4.

Super armor is killing this game it makes all the characters without super armor piss poor picks same goes for supports. It’s why you see the same bullshit ass supports over and over again

If they don’t fix the glitches and armor jutsu then this game is finished. All the new players have left because this community has decimated them with Minato, shino, ashura, clone arrow spam, temari ect….

I think the same thing as you. Dlc characters are not the priority here.

Biggest glitch that annoys me is if a char u pick has multiple supers, if u pick super 2, it's not even guaranteed it will be that and it might randomly default to super 1 😆

Bandai Namco after like 2015 has gone really downhill. It's an anomaly that Tekken is from the same company with terrible marketing, release/post-release concepts, and hella weeb bait. Even the Bamco series I like such as Tales and God Eater have terrible marketing and some poor/weird practices. As for the time constraint thing that's one thing I'll actually not get on CC2 for if true. Probably what led to the weird af dub as well. Devs just get screwed by the publisher some times, like NRS with Mortal Kombat 1.

Totally agree this game is a massive step down compared to other Storms PERIOD. Only ppl who rock with this are die hard narutards, or they dont like storm 4 because there was a learning curve they didnt want to learn. This game mechanics wise for children, some ppl didnt need a buff and got on anyway for no reason while others who were tier c or below got nerfed. Bandai Namco is actually a reputable company some ppl forget that they also made Tekken 8. If u compare the 2 u realize that they made this game lazy just a copy and paste of storm 4. U can tell they put in way more effort in Storm and Storm 2, maybe Storm 4. This game is a cash grab. All fighting games have mics, and custom lobbies. This game needs a whole patch to get that.
