doesn't that change the timeline then? I mean if norman never dies, harry never dies. And if harry never dies then technically the scene where peter 2 tells ned that exact thing never happens... unless it's timeline-rules like explained in endgame, meaning that peter 2 still returns to his universe of dead people with a different universe then having the alive versions of otto and norman. Same with peter 3 to be fair, max would have never died, same as Gwens dad... which would prooooobably have consequences on Gwens fate too Perhaps i'm also reading the situation completely wrong, in that case i am sorry to have wasted time

Thank you for addressing the fact that Dr. Strange hastily casting the spell without explaining to Peter is actually in line with his character. Strange is indeed powerful and mature to some degree, but he is not "perfect." It has been established through multiple movies that Strange is kind of a self-absorbed genius, like Tony Stark, who likes to sort out the problems all by himself. So Strange might have just assumed that Peter indeed had tried everything and came to him as a last resort. It is not uncommon in our real world that genius people often think that normal people would think like them too. Later, Strange admits his mistake, saying something like "After all that saving-the-universe stuff, I often forget that you're just a kid."

What I noticed is that CinemaSins stated that the green goblin serum to cure him of, well being the green goblin, didn't work because the plot has to happen but actually, if we look back at all the cures being made, Green Goblin's cure wasn't finish yet. That's why it didn't work

The fact he even considered Sinning the Great Responsibility line just angers me
another thing you could have added when he mentioned an unseen villain was that what makes this third movie different from the final installments in the other franchises is that these villains already had arcs and development so the movie was able to focus on the main plot rather than building up 80 thousands bad guys in less than 3 hours (and yet, Jon Watts STILL fixed these characters and gave each of them redemption arcs and meaningful parts. EVEN THE SPIDER MEN!)
Considering Far From Home was a summer field trip, and this movie picks up at the final scene then goes to them returning to school for a new school year.... Pretty clear time passed
Been watching your content forever! Keep up the amazing work! You’re a huge inspiration to me and helped me go out to watch films with friends and honestly just become a huge impact on me :)
Also sinning the "can spider-man come out to play?" callback line is worth at least 5 sins in my book.

Also hey! I like those venom movies :(
The one thing I always appreciated about the Andrew Garfield run of Spider-Man was that Garfield kind of understood that Peter Parker is a weakling who gets power and would for the wont of a Ben or Ben-adjacent figure misuse it. Holland's run generally hasn't lent itself to that and McGuire's run was so... impressionistic (kind of like a stage play in a lot of regards) that it's more like good-guy Peter has a moment where he's a jerk and is punished for it, then defaults back to good, which is fine for the more flamboyant homage to the Golden-Age Spider-Man comics that Rami was going for.
I've been waiting for this one. Jeremy had to be on some stronger crack then normal if he seriously had the balls to sin Aunt May's death AND the appearance Tobey and Andrew.

10:39 on another note, does he just expect Peter’s LOYAL GIRLFRIEND and LOYAL BEST FRIEND to all the sudden not help him, even after all they’ve been through together? what a dork…
On the point about people saying Doctor Strange should asked Peter if he was sure about the first memory spell, he doesn’t because (like it was mentioned in the video) he’s characterized as someone who makes mistakes with magic a lot. However at the end he is literally seen double checking with Peter and asking if he’s sure when Peter wants to do the spell that makes everyone forget him. He learns from that mistake

With great power comes great responsibility in deed. It was a bit much for the audience to believe Strange would make this error but plot has go to plot. And thank you for the explanation at the 26:50+ moment about the movies being an end of a chapter, and the 14 years of history are an entire ongoing comic series essentially. I have been explaining this since The Avengers whenever folks try to argue that there are "plot holes". There aren't so much "plot holes" in the MCU. There are things that are introduced, or started in a film and they become points (large or small) for later films. Honestly Birdman should have added 10,000 sins for CS the Toby scene
My personal thought on this is that "Peter 1" is still fighting the Sinister 6 (albeit with help). They allowed this movie to show "Peter 1" how far the villains of a "Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man" can go. Peter 2 and 3 have dealt with them solo (in their worlds), but they also did not need help from other heroes. I like to imagine an MCU where Spider-Man has to deal with the Sinister 6 again by himself (maybe with a Venom that Birdman likes to make them 7).
Like always, CS does their best to misunderstand the movies that they're "watching" and sinning. And like always, Th3Birdman calls them out for it. Thanks Birdman for being the hero we need. And thanks for giving them respectively 50 and 100 sins when they misunderstood the "death of Aunt May" and "arrival of the other Spider-Men" scenes, because in my opinion, those were the best.

7:20: funny how Jeremy sins this bit because Dr Strange is “sorcerers supreme” even though he LITERALLY explains that Wong got in on a technicality because of the Blip! Unbelievable
Sandman was done dirty by Sony, if was charged I would have separate sandman and Eddie Brock venom into separate movies
I appreciate you man. As a long time cinemasins viewer, you have truly opened my eyes to what they really are; lazy, opportunistic and down right bad. I prefer you over to them now, and that's after 6 years of watching them. You are logical, sensical and absolutely correct, even if their fans say its "satirical"" , keep up the good work! mwah (from the UK) xxx

Same over here, liked the channel cause it was kinda fun/silly. This made me realize they're not being clever with whats been presented, they're editing and taking stuff out of context to create their own story. Sure its an art of itself but they're misleading and misrepresenting what they're doing. Its not critique of a film, its a fictional piece comedic writing that doesn't even care about the film its about. Its just about the joke (which have been REAL lazy recently).

Thanks man. Your videos are great and I always look forward to new ones. Keep up the great work
23:41 Thanks, Birdman. Is there any level Jeremy won’t stoop to?
This man is a legend and funnier than CinemaSins. I would donate but I am unfortunately financially restricted. Please accept this smiley face and have a nice day :)
I have been looking forward to this for months, and have been refreshing your page ever since CS uploaded theirs the other day 😂😂 I don't even watch the original CS videos anymore - too hard to get through!
I don't have money to donate, but almost every time I'm bored I refresh my youtube and see a new upload from Th3Birdman, and it makes my day
4:21 - See, that's what I have been trying to say to people. Yes, J.K. has said things that we can't forgive, but that's her PERSONAL life. Her magical world, on the other hand is a completely different place and world and should not be associated with her real-life, other than her being the author of it. And it doesn't suddenly make the books bad. It's like seeing Kevin Spacey in a movie when you're younger and thinking his acting was good in that. Sure, you look at it differently nowadays, but a good preformance is a good preformance.
The fact that people are still calling Tom’s Spider-Man “Iron Boy Jr.” still baffles me

Same. Too many people on Twitter hate this movie
Yo, that intro alone is amazingly smooth, switching to each Spider-Man's web swing and starting with the iconic ASM 2 Web Swing is 😙👌
Been waiting for this one Thx
No lie, I went to the first showing in my local cinema, for this movie, and as soon as Toby Maguire showed up the whole place filled with whoops, claps and cheering. "There he is!" "THE MAN HIMSELF!"
That intro was sick 💯, transitions on point. I do full videos like that. Nice edits
I have been waiting for this video!! Long time fan, I love the content. Keep it up man
Really quick turn around time for this. Well done Mr The3Birdman.
22:02 my sin for this scene is that THIS should have been where the other two peters show up. Mj and Ned find Peter1 and try to comfort him, but it fails. Then the other two show up, and also give their support. I always felt like they should have had a more dramatic entrance than Ned just portaling them to his house. But that scene sets up Ned’s portals, which are important later, right? We’ll just have Ned successfully make the portal to Peter1, that works well enough as a replacement.

It would be super messy emotionally. When they show up at Ned’s house, there are literal pauses for applause, because it’s expected that the audience will be ecstatic at seeing these two again. That would clash badly with the heavy grief we feel in the later scene, and would have substantially weakened both emotions.

CinemaSins: WHY CAN'T I HURT YOU The Birdman: I'm not a dumbass, son. You can't hurt me CinemaSins! But for real- Love you Birdman
100 sins is not enough and yeah, and Falcon saying “on your left” and the Peters showing up are the best two moments in Marvel history. Also sinning the 3 peters at the Statue of Liberty is another 100 sins.
I love your videos. Your videos help me get through my day! Love ya!
Been excited for this ever since NWH came out! Thanks, Birdman!
I can't believe Jeremy had the audacity to sin the greatest Spiderman movie of all time and the best movie of 2021 (and I say that as a fan of Free Guy/Ryan Reynolds which came out in August). Th3Birdman stands as a shield against the thoughtless and uneducated “joke” videos criticizing fantastical works of art! Thank you for defending these masterpieces!

I used to watch CinemaSins religiously, until you and CinemaWins hit the "Sin" scene, and haven't watched a C.Sins video since... until his NWH Sins video. It was legitimately a trip hearing just Jeremy's voice and NOT yours with a witty rebuttal. It felt wrong. But not as wrong as pedantically sinning THIS MASTERPIECE OF A FILM, JEREMY. And hey, I've been a fan since your first EWW Blade Runner, and it's awesome to see your channel grow. You're doing God's work out here and deserve the success Anthony. Stay cool man 🤙🏻
You da goat. Yo stream’s be lit too
I was just waiting on this video 😂 literally I kept checking his channel to see if it was up yet
God damn that was one of the cleanest intros I've ever seen even by YOUR standards
This movie made me appreciate spider man 3 even more. And I wish they had the spider man 3 venom in it. I bet he would of over shadowed tom hardys venom.
