Everything we know about The Fly: ‘Drug boss’ inmate on the run
A manhunt is underway after a drug kingpin known as 'The Fly' escaped from a prison van in northern France.
Two prison officers were killed in the attack after four gunmen ambushed the police convoy at a motorway tollbooth.
The escaped prisoner is 30-year-old Mohamed Amra, nicknamed “La Mouche”, which translates to “The Fly”.
He is allegedly the head of an organised narcotics network and had recently been sentenced for a robbery.
At the time of the ambush, he was already under high surveillance and was being transported to jail after attending a court hearing.
The search for the suspect remains ongoing.

This Mohamed guy is in the news everyday, all over Europe. He doesn’t stop doing crime. He gets about.
They just don't care anymore and why should they? They have control.
So the route was known, the time was known, the transport was not in convoy with armed guards, the toll was not cleared. French looking amateurish.
