Everything To Know About Weed Walleye Fishing

Todays video is all about catching walleyes in the weeds. How do fish set up in the weeds? What to walleyes and weeds look like on side imaging? How do you fish for weed dwelling walleyes? These are all questions I answer on this video. Summer is a great time to be walleye fishing in the weeds and this video should help you out. In northern Wisconsin I spend almost the entire month of June fishing for weed relating walleyes. And this video goes over a lot of the stuff I see on a variety of lakes. Thanks for watching and stay tuned for more!

Great explanations and the use of the sonar with the side imaging is an excellent way to present it. Especially like the way you fade the side imaging in over the structure maps really helps a lot to understand the relationship between structure and fish location. Seeing more of it would really be great if you can do that.

Not much of a walley culture around so it hard to get good information, the lake is better know for carppy & bass, have a new boat going with good sonar trolling motor, anxious to see if I can apply what I learning and catch them on purpose lmao

Hey Tom, I've fished all my life, ran a guide service for cats on the ohio river, and consider myself a pretty knowledgeable angler. Here is one thing that stumps me. Walleye! I'm hooked and just started fishing for them this year. I have never seen anything on handling the toothy critters. When asking someone about proper handling, im always shown a lengthy scar from a fish clamping down. I see you stick a finger down there throat without thinking twice. Would you consider doing a short video on proper handling and how the fish react? Sounds silly, but until then, im going to be a little leary
