"Red ink is not everyone's friend" - I feel that... I have several types of red in my skin, one of those just randomly acts out years from when tattoo was done, itches and get's all bulgy, then goes away, that's so weird, seems I'm allergic to a particular shade or brand of pigment.

my first tat has some substantial red and it healed fine (actually I got it 1 year ago today!) but there are places that need to be touched up for that same reason about packing it in. It just did not take as well as the other colours lol

Ironically I have two very colorful tattoos and the red ink healed fine on me but the only color to come out patchy and uneven ended up being purple. My skin no like the ourple

I have a color tattoo and the red doesn’t give issue but sometimes the black outline gets itchy and raised, usually in the summer. I was told I might be allergic but it isn’t too bad

Remember how everyone was laughing at stories of clients not understanding mirrors? We just got glimps into the infectious confusion.

The Dream Chaser one really is backwards, it is on his left arm and if you pause carefully you can see the writing on his shirt behind it, is opposite it.

None of the artists on these videos are ever worth consulting on anything tattoo related anyways. So not surprising.

I like to think i'm a pretty good client when it comes to tattoos. I will give my general idea and placement and then let the artist do their thing. I also am always open to changing the placement if they think their design would flow better on a different area.

@@liloreoinya If we assume the first clip wasn't mirrored in editing, yeah, it's backwards. The second could've been taken with the front facing camera, which is sometimes set to mirror automatically. I'm gonna say we can't know, because people do all kinds of things for attention on tiktok. And I guess I just find it hard to believe that someone worked on that for... at least a couple hours, all the while failing to notice every letter looks like nonsense lines rather than a letter from the alphabet. Could happen, though. Maybe they noticed too late and kept quiet.

its wrong because its on the left arm and not the right arm. if it was on the right arm then it would be correct. Dream should start on the wrist on the left arm

oh btw the tattoo IS backwards just look at the text on his shirt. that is correct or is that printed backwards?

the mirror stuff is so stupid😭😭 he approved the stencil after looking at it in the mirror, and then actually looked at it and its backwards . do they not realize that phone cameras do not mirror things

The front camera often does, because people are used to look at themselves in the mirror.

I had a hard time going back to the shot of the tattoo when the artists are now talking about it,,where'd the still-shots go😭

I personally like white ink tattoos, especially because they fade. I 100% know what I’m asking for when I’m asking for it

don't people check the stencil before allowing the artist to start...........

I really don't get it either. There was a spelling mistake in my latest tattoo which I did not notice until the stencil was on but realized it when waiting for it to dry so they changed the stencil real quick and now it's on correct. English is not their and my first language and it was an easy mistake. Triple check everything! This is for life.

My tattoo refused to hold the white ink meant to fill in a dove (with an outline) and when it finally healed it went from a cross and dove to a dick tipped cross with a seagull lol

Wow. Some of those artists are really dumb. I'm shocked....there were a handful who had to step by step think about which arm it is and which letter is by the wrist. Then at the end the one chick acts like she's teaching the audience something really complicated when she EXPLAINS WHAT A MIRROR DOES.
