So EMDR and things like that are therapy. Talk or cognitive behavioral therapy is just one type. There are so many different therapeutic modalities. But it is all therapy.

My favourite lazy dressing is hummus thinned out with soy milk or water, sometimes with added garlic powder and lemon or some harissa paste. Plus with all the hummus flavours available it's easy to switch it up - great on pasta too! Totally sympathise with the open bite - pizza is also impossible to eat elegantly without all the of topping coming off in one bite!

Night weening is life changing! My baby is now 18 months and has even decided to sleep in his own bed! I was definitely not ready for it, but kids are so amazing and often tell/ show us when they are ready for things.

Keep a piece of bread in your brown sugar, and probably a smaller container so there is less air. Change the bread every so often, or if you’d like moisten a paper towel and microwave the bread/towel for a couple seconds to rehydrate 😊

I used to live on salads - salad salad salad, raw sharp edged vegs, and trashed my gut - all those oxalates! Too much fiber can do a number on you gut and colon, just a warning!

The people who eat the most fiber in the world have the healthiest guts. Fiber itself isn't an issue. You can eat cooked food that is fiber rich too, if all the raw food doesn't suit you so well.

I have been using the same dressing for years; ‘mashed’ avocado (this part is crucial; avocado is technically not in the ‘dressing’ since I just very lazily chop it on top of the chopped salad ingredients. But without avocado the dressing is less creamy of course), olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar or pomegranate sour. Yum.

This couldn't have spoken to me more. I just gave birth to my first baby 10 days ago, and breastfeeding was hard at first but now we are both getting into a good rhythm with it and I'm so grateful 🙏🏼 I've had a lot of postpartum anxiety and my partner was/is also showing signs of paternal postnatal depression so these past 10 days have been some of the most challenging ever. Of course I wouldn't change any of it for the 🌍 because I'm so in love with our new babe, but it's videos and conversations like these that make it ok to speak up and not suffer alone ❤ Thank you Hannah. Ps love the buns!!!

For salad dressing you could make a green salsa in the blender. I use tomatos, coriander, fresh lemon juice, red chilli, garlic clove, salt.

My favorite super easy salad dressing is just to mix some dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar and maple syrup together. Sometimes i add a little tahini if i want it to be creamy.

As a herbalist apprentice, here is a little tip regarding herb drying : to prevent a loss of nutrients, avoid drying them in the sunlight. Herb drying requires complete darkness, heat (not too much) and air flow. Proceeding that way allows you to take the most out of your plants in terms of quality.

If you’re comfortable I would love to hear more about the hardships you went through with breastfeeding. I only lasted 6 weeks with my first child as I found it incredibly hard, I was only 22 and had 0 education on the topic what so ever. I am almost 30 now and I am giving birth in 5 weeks and have massive anxiety about giving it another go with our second (my husband also remembers the stress and is really nervous too) I too found it the most traumatic thing about motherhood by far and the feelings seem to have not left😅❤️
