I’m so glad you mentioned time. I don’t think people understand how much time it takes to make stuff, especially if you’re doing a lot of it. I’m doing my friend’s daughter’s graduation. I started last year. It’s going well because I started early enough to finish certain projects.

I've photographed well over 100 weddings and I just have to say "you killed it".... Nice job, you saved at least 10K, you worked your arse off for it but you crushed it. Most that have this kind of detail pay big money for a full time wedding planner to do it all for them.

I have never been a fan of BOHO, but you have changed my mind, your wedding was absolutely STUNNING!!! Everything you DIY was soooo amazing!!!

However, I am now a widow, and my mom passed away 6 years ago from lung cancer. So she won't be on earth for when I remarry someday, so I really felt that. I had everything pre planned! ( were engaged for almost 5 years) colors, theme, every detail. What I needed, etc. my husband and mom helped also!! My mom made all of our flowers also. I ordered what I needed, or went into to the store. Our wedding also wasn’t very big either. Maybe 75 guests. All while being a mom of 2 toddlers under 2 at the time! And a lot of decor stuff I got for free!! Like all my mason jars for center prices/ table decor I got for free from a garage sale,(they asked why I needed them all & i told them for my wedding). Or like our outdoor wedding sign is from an old barn door from my grandparents farm. And same with our arch, my dad made that with extra wood he had on hand! It all can together so Nicely and very fast!

Wow, I have your bridesmaid's proposal boxes saved ON MY COMPUTER for months (!) and I've just got your video in recommended :D

OMG! We'll have the same wedding date. I had to do a double-take. My fiancé and I will get married this year. What sticks did you use for the solar wood flowers? They offer green ones bur yours look like wooden sticks?

Honestly that's a really good question lol, I can't give an exact amount because some of the items I already had in my house or borrowed. The product list is a pinned comment if you're interested in all of the prices! I definitely did save A LOT though because I only made everything with just cost of materials - if I bought most of my decor I'd be spending at least 5X more than what I paid

Quick question! Im making my invitations only using one card and wax seal on the inside of the invitation. How did you mail yours? Did you use non machinable stamps? Thankyou💕 loved your wedding and it was on my birthday!

Hi Amy! I had to mail them a special way and get an extra stamp - take one of them (fully packed with the wax seal) to the post office and they'll tell you what to do!
