the incomplete thalassophobia level is actually from an older version of the game, it used to be the ending, you would interact with the boat and a cutscene would play of you riding away

Yeah level 94 used to be the end too when it was incomplete After falling down level 9.2 quintillion You just wake up on a bed, and the game just ends.

The skin stealers just casually Michael Jackson-ing down the hall is the best thing I've seen all day

Hey, I was exploring with cheats too, in the main menu I found a secret, away from the main map there is a smaller level 0 with a computer similar to the one in the HUB, only it had an ID card of the player on it and above it had text "Wow you actually decided to noclip around in the main menu... usually nobody does that... but since you see this. I don't have time to finish this feature. pls don't leak it ;)." I think this might have been a feature that allowed players to replay levels? In a slightly older version it had a greyed out button that said "The HUB. Explore the levels and beat your times" Or something like that, maybe this was the menu for that? Idk but either way its a cool secret

In Level RUN, you can get behind the monsters with another player. One player goes forward, while the other stays behind, unharmed. It's really silly but it's cool. And only one person needs to get to the end to move on, if it's on Easy

14:18. This was the old model for the smiler. And later he decided to make the smile bigger and remove the body because you never see it. The second one you find in the habitable zone. I guess he decided not to change it because the hallway is small or maybe he forgot.

i think the smiley ai breaks when you spawn multiple in the hub because it might use multiple as hallucinations only or something like that

I remember while I was doing a run with my friend, wanted to see what the back hallway of the room full of partygoers was, that's where I found fancy's testing room and what he used in a video, I though it was cool that you could access the testing room in game.

on the Escherian Stairwell, I was hoping that you would go up to floor 94 or whatever it was that you had to jump off that isn't the one that cuts in from the middle.

Level ! will instantly launch monsters if one member of the party takes off to early compared to the rest of the group before the rest have a chance to leave. If the other members hide and the original instigator dies, the monsters will retreat and the level is largely clear of monsters.

Don't know if it was harder, as I've never played it myself, having watched someone else play it, but that closed off room in the Fun level is older. The Partygoers also went through a redesign probably about the same time. Evidently, they weren't scary enough. The older model kinda looked like someone wearing this yellow rubber sheet with red vertical slits for eyes and holding a balloon. They weren't as tall and didn't have legs. I can confirm that the second player model in the first level is the multi-player model. The same person I watched has played with friends and that's how they appear to each other. The model also did get a bit of an upgrade itself compared to what it had been at launch.

The duplicate of you is for other players to see in online mode while you just see your arms

Maybe the hole at the hub is a future level where it looks like you spawned in the hub but then a huge monster comes out of one of the doors and you run until you fall through an invisible hole in the floor that takes you somewhere with that container

The level fun ending I can confirm is the old ending and the hallway to nothing was the old exit of the level

​​@@emperorbooglitch8540 first person animations usually don't match third person ones, and when they do, one of them looks goofy and takes you out of the inmmersion. Other reasons might be cliping through the camera and improving optimization.
