Each and every videos I m watching ur detail presentations are very useful and good for farmers thanks a lot. 2nd things is that I m trying to maintain my traditional farming from my childhood learn from my grand parents from 1985. In South India there are rice farmers who do collective farming of different types of rare south Indian rice which we don't get in general market. Eg Spirit of Earth us a group are a good nursery, growers and sellers too. Organic completely. We buy rice from them.

Hey apologies man for missing it. In one acre you need around 5-6 kgs seeds and 1200- 1500 vermicompost. No need for anything else including pesticides etc. So let's say you get manure at 5 rs per kg and seeds at 500 per kg. The total cost will be around 11.5K. Labour/sowing cost is very subjective as it depends on geo locations and local dynamics. Let me know if there is anything specific you want to know/discuss

Its only a very thin black/purplish layer. Else it would be white otherwise. I guess buying from genuine/trusted source is the best idea!
