there is the video is only season one theres 2 more seasons as far as im aware rn its a chinese anime and i would highly reccomend watching the actual thing instead of just a recap vid

You explained wrong about the world going still. It was froggy's skill to stop time. And to go back time he needed a really huge amount of energy that he had. So they used that to go back in time, literally recreating his universe. It has nothing to do with the speed of light. He is not the flash.

It's not an anime. It's a Korean animation technically called I THINK a 'donghua'. You can tell fairly quick by the names. Japanese names personally sound nit as guttural or harsh as Korean names. For example Kobayashi Sachero is a Japanese name Sun Dong is a Korean name.
