try to watch aniclimax he has a clear voice aswell tho he speaks a bit fast so you cant hear some of the short words he says so i still keep the cc on same with any other anime recapper its just a habit now

He's just making content tiktok users would be engage by. What he's essentially doing is telling the story without telling the story as the writer intended. How this goes is by taking all the highlights that lead to plot progression and putting it chronological order. Its simple really and its just your tiktok rotten brain that thinks its somehow good content. You have to watch an anime twice because you need to know where every plot line goes and watch it again to note down where every interaction and dialogue that leads somewhere.

Railgun focuses on Misaka Mikoto, who investigates odd situations and crimes with her friends in the city. She's friends with Touma. Accelerator is set some time after Accelerator's fight with Touma, which happens in both Index & Railgun.

@@grimmstryke9627 Sometimes I can get it to the minute. But usually the difference is by a few minutes regardless. Humans have an internal kind of clock after all, so with some practice we can do it.

@@grimmstryke9627 You won't get the time that way off as long as you're used to the sun. Act like a stopwatch though? Sure, just get to counting. Many people back then could tell the time semi-accurately just by the sun. What if the sun isn't out? Other things as well, like the weather, the lights, the moon, the stars, and you'd be surprised you don't even need to learn all that much about it to get it right, and just by intuition after you get used to it.

@@epgkid0x0 my intuition tells me that as a stop watch, mistakes will compound at a higher rate so the longer the time segment , the more inaccurate the result. Norway, situated in the Arctic Circle, is called the Land of the Midnight Sun, where from May to late July, the sun actually never sets. This means that for around a period of 76 days, the sun never goes down. I imagine once you get used to the 'positions' of the sun its the same thing?

well we don't KNOW enything about touma esper powers ewpt very little things first the peoples with NO magical or esper abilities are not level 0 but just " normal", the espers in that town are for most not esper by birth but that added scientificaly to them throut the esper program the rare ones who have esper power naturaly are called gemstones and are very rare ( gunha is one of them) so that mean touma HAVE esper powers if he is level 0 but the problem is what was ADDED to his body, the "imagine breaker" that is the power to negate any illogical things so both magic and esper power is negated! the thing is his imagine breaker is active at all time wich desactivate his esper power and even his luck that is a god gift like an aura around his body that when it came in contact with the "imagine breaker" it simply disapear ( it's why he is very unlucky and always said " fuko da" wich mean " what a bad luck"! and for index the reason is diferente she have a perfect memory so all the books are in her brain but the church like the *ssh*les they are mad things so that she never betray them and allways bein their dog bye putting a spell of a huge power inside her to acte as a " security" to keep their dog their and to erase her memories avery little time so that she only give repport to them! it's what tôma destroyed with his imagine breaker and it's what made index his "allie" ( and latter got the help of many others organisations like the magic one called " nessessarius"!
