Japanese Cheesecake with 3 Ingredients - Today I bake a Cake, airy as a Cloud, a heavenly Japanese Cheesecake. You just have to try this Cake, it is one of my absolute 😍😍😍 favorite Cakes. And not only that - EVERYONE loves this Cheesecake because it is so wonderfully airy and light that you just can't stop eating it! The Cake is flour-free and therefore gluten-free! Ingredients for the Japanese cheesecake:
4 eggs (L)
250 g cream cheese
400 g condensed milk (1 small can, sweetened)
Baking: 45-50 min at 180 ° C

Maybe it’s more of a stiff custard or soufflé? I’ve made omelettes by separating the eggs like that then mixing them together & cooking in the pan. I didn’t turn it but cooked the top under the grill with some cheese sprinkled on top. I folded it after removing from the pan. Hubby said it was amazing!

Changing the sweetened condensed milk with canned Dulce De Leche caramel (or adding some to the condensed milk) would probably be AMAZING!! Like a Flan cheesecake version of this recipe!

My maternal grandmother, of German descent, used to make something similar to this. She would add a little vanilla or rum flavoring to it. Sometimes she would add a dollop of pie filling on top before serving.
