Great use of ambushers for this battle. I was thinking "Oh no, they revealed themselves too early." I was wrong lol, they wrecked house.

I think the Lancer cav supporting the ambushers was the decisive move of the battle. Loved seeing Seubi bait the Carthage cav to its death right away though.

you're right. I do love an ambush almost as much as I do a sally out

I guess, many of us would do the same in that situation, but it is a bit of an artificial advantage to use the battle map borderline to form a more protected setup for the archers. I mean the Carthage cav charge.

Suebi thought they were really clever with that cav bait at the start of the battle. If only they'd known lmfao

Holy moly, that hammer and anvil on suebi was insane. Honestly, I didn't see it possible for this to work without the steppe lancers, and even that I had doubts the steppe lancers could do this well. Awesome battle.=!

I feel like every time is see Suebi, there are getting smashed and wiped out..

Been saying it all the time. Possibly one of the weakest factions imo. However they did get the most kills for the attackers 😂

Surprise attackers! Once the attackers saw all those ambushers Seleucid and suebi should’ve lined up a defense and murder sticks row. You got to assume that with iceni. You gotta love though:must see TV! I agree with you Joe pull all the way back towards Seleucid. I’ve been there done that been ambushed. Excellent replay though and excellent commentary. Without suebi it became 2v3 so tough fight. Keep it up Joe excellent work as always. I miss these keep them Coming!

The triangle formation has 1 use and that's for moving around the settlement.

Heh heh! Suebi got blown up, but still got the most kills for his team. BTW, yes, I love an ambush.

Great video Joe! Still nothing more cinematic than archers shooting in an arch down on some poor souls.

I would call this a text book example of a defence! Loved the fight! (im a fan of Iceni so😅…)

The ambushers should have used the towers to come in behind them. I still wonder why Cimmeria ( I pronounce it with a S -- in reference to the Conan movies ) don't get javelins.

The reactions of the attackers are just weird. The ambushers had a good distance to go. The other attackers reacted too late, I think they assumed the battle was over when they lost Suebi. That ambush was pretty legit though! I didn't think it would work unless the cav supported them.

Even on high quality your video is grainy and not good. Idk why if it's me or your content, I watch many other people and this is never a issue. And this isn't a slight, I'm genuinely unsure what the issue is. Your content is good as in entertainment but the picture is just not good
