There are too many favorite parts of this video to point out just one, but the editing of Daniel screwing up the "price updating" was hysterical as well as Lauren's take is high up there. Just the way they capture Daniel struggling with the paper and machine is hilarious.

I love when stores and businesses hire cats as employees! There's a tortoise shell cat that works at an optometrist named Truffles, she helps kids feel better about wearing glasses. There's a cat named Browser that works at a Library, and the councilman that tried to have Browser removed from the Library ended up getting voted out of his position... That's just awesome.

I don't understand why councilmembers don't want cats in governmental offices. They do an excellent job of relieving stress to staff after they have to deal with customers. I'll bet he had a lame excuse to remove the cat from the library.

@@arnoldhenry Cats are excellent emotional support animals. They are also useful in keeping rodents out of businesses. Browser was loved by the kids that went to the Library he was employed at. There were photos of him laying inside a circle of children at story time. I'm so glad that Browser got to keep his job as the Library mouser and emotional support cat, and the councilman got voted out because everyone loves that cat!

I had a bookshop in Ohio wherein shelter cats were fostered and then adopted by customers. More than 50 were adopted from my shop over the years. I then wrote a series of novels about the experience (Shelve Under C is the first) to encourage other shops to look into fostering dogs, cats, rabbits, etc. The business that took over my location continued to foster, thankfully.

Cats and dogs make places better just by their presence. They don't have to do anything. Funny people, like this lady, also make places better.

"He brings a lot of joy to a lot of people. A lot of people come in here every day just to see him." Sums up what animals can mean into our lives. We should respect them more and take better care of them.
