05:28 Olive oil.

06:32 Olive oil.
06:45 Parmesan.
06:50 In the oven /30 minutes/200°C/400°C.

Plain Marinara sauce 1 large can of tomato sauce 28 oz 1 can of chopped tomato 15 oz 1 can of Anchovies drained and chopped in 1/3’s Garlic to taste (2) grated that’s my taste In large saucepan empty chopped anchovies and gently fry in Olive oil for two minutes. Add the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the sauce and 1/4 cup of water. If it seems thick, add a little more. Salt and pepper. (I add Basil and Oregano seasoning 1Tablespoon each, that’s my preference but I’ve been making this 40 years) Simmer slowly for 25 minutes.1 teaspoon of sugar might improve the bitter taste of the tomatoes, taste and see. I always keep this in the freezer for a quick super, you can have stuffed shells(also in the freezer, ravioli, spaghetti, this list of uses is endless and it’s a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a jar of sauce. Plus it makes twice as much. 💕🥰💕

Να σας κανω μια ερωτηση ;;;; Εσας, σας αρεσε αυτο το ..........μισοψημενο φαγητο, που ηταν μεσα στο νερο ;;;;;;;; Εαν σας αρεσε, εγω δεν εχω να πω τιποτα.......Εαν ΔΕΝ σας αρεσε, θα σας προτεινα και σαν πολυ μεγαλυτερη στην ηλικια νοικοκυρα, να ΜΗΝ βαζετε τις μελιτζανες για ψησημο, την μια επανω στην αλλη, γιατι ΔΕΝ ψηνονται καλα, βγαινουν ωμες και τα υπολοιπα υλικα, που βαζετε για ψησιμο να ΜΗΝ ειναι ωμα. Ειδικοτερα τα λαχανικα, που εχουν νερο μεσα. Σαν τις ροδελες ντοματας......... Αυτα, για να φιαχνετε ΝΟΣΤΙΜΑ φαγητα.
