Gregory didn't know how this even happened. One minute, he and Freddy were in the Atrium, discussing where to go next, then he began to glitch out. The next thing he knew he was up on the catwalks, trying to outrun Freddy like all the others. Usually, when Gregory was getting chased by the other Glamrocks, he didn't feel scared, just annoyed. But now that it's Freddy, he was genuinely terrified, and the taunts he spouted from his voice box felt too friendly and sounded ominous in tone. He had filled up the giant hurricane bucket with the plastic balls from the shooters, all the while having Freddy chase after him. He didn't even know what the bucket did when at full capacity. Once the boy heard the short musical chime, signifying that the bucket was full, he instantly made a break for it. Gregory could hear Freddy calling out for him with an eerie voice *"Suuuperstaaaaarr..."* His voice echoed through the catwalks, sending chills up the boy's spine. Gregory had never thought it would come to this, but he had no choice, tears running down his cheeks as he ran. As soon as he got to the glowing green button, he had to stop for a quick breath. Suddenly, he heard a loud clunk a few metres away from him. He looked over, his face pale as it turned out to be Freddy, who had now found him. "F-Freddy, no! Don't come closer! I'll press the button!" He cried, hovering a trembling hand over the button. Freddy didn't seem fazed, instead he began walking forward, hands ready to grab him *"Gregory! Im so glad you are here, and alive!"* He said with fake relief. "Stop it, Freddy!! Don't make me hurt you..." Gregory whimpered, not wanting to hurt his friend. The piercing red glint in his eyes shot through the boy like a bullet as he got closer. "Stop, Freddy! Im gonna press it!" Freddy didn't listen, instead stepping in front of the bucket and letting off a low, bear-like growl, opening his jaws. *"Superstaaaar.."* "STOP!!" Freddy widened his jaws, showing his sharp fangs as he reached for the boy *"Grèêēëégœryyyyy!!"* Out of fear and a bad reflex, Gregory unwillingly pushed the button. The lights on the bucket then turned on, and with a metallic groan, the bucket tipped forward towards Freddy. Freddy growled and managed to catch the bucket, but only with so much strength. Gregory watched, shocked and fearful as he thought Freddy was actually going to be able to lift it. The balls inside the giant container were all beginning to fall out, making the bear partially lose his focus. He was immediately proved wrong. The platform below Freddy began to let out a nasty and concerning creak before it suddenly gave out from under him. Freddy let out a loud, echoing and slightly blood-curdling scream as he fell towards the stage below. Gregory couldn't bear to look, so he averted his gaze, feeling absolutely sick to his stomach as he could hear his former protector's body smash against the beams below. After the noises suddenly ceased, Gregory started looking for a way down. He didn't even want to look down, he knew what he would see would be upsetting, so he decided to just check it out as soon as he found a way down. He found a door that leaded to a flight of stairs, so he immediately ran downstairs to the Monty Golf stage. Once he reached the bottom, he opened the next door to be greeted with multiple multicoloured balls scattered around the stage. He looked to his left and was greeted with a dreadful sight - Freddy's body was sprawled out on the ground from his fall, his casing was splintered and smashed, one arm and his hands were now nothing but bare, revealing his endo. The entire left side of the bear's face was gone. The last, glaring detail of Freddy's grueling new look that utterly horrified the boy the most was that Freddy's body was split in HALF. His legs were just a few metres away, and a bundle of wires spewed out from where they once were. Gregory took a few shaky steps towards Freddy and collapsed on his chest, now beginning to cry heavily at his friend's demise. Suddenly, he felt a large hand on his back. He looked over at Freddy's face only to see it looking at him with worry *"G-Gregory...what ha-happened?"* He croaked. Gregory gasped, wiping the tears from his eyes and smiling with so much relief - Freddy was still alive! He could see the red glow in Freddy's eyes were gone, instead being replaced by the soft, kind ones he recognised. "Freddy? A-Are you normal again?" Gregory asked, his voice cracking. Freddy's ears drooped and he weakly nodded *" I-I am...i am so s-sorry for hur-hurting you, Superstar-ar...i dont know what c-came over me..."* He apologized quietly. Gregory sniffed and wiped his eyes again "I don't care... I'm just glad you're ok" he whispered. A moment of happy silence passed by the two before Freddy spoke again. *"Gregory, I-I need to g-get to Parts & Ser-Service for emergency repair-airs..." He said. Gregory bit his lip awkwardly, thinking carefully. How will he be able to get Freddy to Parts & Service? He can't even walk now! Just then, a bright beam of light shone on to the two. Gregory and Freddy looked towards the nearby bushes in front of the stage to see none other than Officer Vanessa standing there with her flashlight. She looked grumpy, but relieved. "There you are!" She exclaimed "Do you have any clue how long I've been looking for you, Gregory?!" She asked, sounding very annoyed as she made her way on to the stage. She flashed her light at the split-in-half Freddy, who shyly waved. Vanessa's jaw dropped at the sight of him. She ran over to him in a slight panic. "Freddy! What the hell?! How'd this -" she pointed at his damaged body "- even happen?!" *"It's...hard to explain, Of-Officer Vanessa..but-ut right now i th-think I'm in need o-of emergency repairs"* he replied, guilt in his voice. Vanessa groaned, face-palming "Ok. I...I need to fix you before management sees you like this. They'll KILL me if they knew i let this happen. I'm SO damn lucky to know how to repair animatronics..." She sighed, mumbling the last bit. She looked back down at Freddy "Can you move?" *"I s-suppose so, b-but i can only crawl.."* Vanessa sighed "That's good enough..." Gregory then tried to slip away, until Vanessa suddenly grabbed him by the hand. Her grip was firm, but strangely gentle "HEY!" Gregory complained. "...and as for YOU, kid. You're coming with me, i can't bother searching for you all over again" she said before pulling Gregory away, even while being cranky, she tried not to hurt his wrist in the process. She was also dragging Freddy's detached legs. Gregory looked back at Freddy, who let out a grunt before rolling on to his belly and crawling after them. It was gonna be a long night. (Damn, i wrote a fanfic 😲)

I never actually noticed how Monty is broken clean in half on the first hit until now. It’s very noticeable with the Chica model swap because of how bright she is compared to Monty. They definitely needed to light the scene better because goddamn that’s brutal and it’s hard to notice because of how Monty just blends into the green background
