    I completely agree with you about “bigger is better” being wrong sometimes. I have started reading some kid books and even in them there are some words that I don’t know. It was hard to start to read novels in the first step, so I’m trying to have reading a kid book habit everyday. Thank you for this amazing video!

    Astonishing lesson, every time I see your videos it taught me a lot in vocabulary and pronunciation, the good part of them is you voice of speed I get to hear properly the pronunciation. this short topics I get to affirm the vocabulary I've been reading. Keep up with the good work!

    Annemarie, how many thanks would your sessions desrve for the benefits that we're getting from those!! Even before listening to this habit related session, I had already incorporated a new one in one of my morning habits. The new habit that I stuck with the current one is to listening to one of your finely-made videos every morning as I drink my coffee!     I have been following same routine since 2020 when I decided to have a time to improve my English. I've been spending about 3 hours per day only listening, reading and learning news words. It changed a lot my expectations about to learn english.

    Amazing lesson! It’s very practical. This lesson reminds me of Tiny Habits by Dr BJ Fogg. He also mentioned that to make a new habit stick one should connect to another habit that we already have established and to make it tiny as you mentioned a small bite sized.     Hi ! I always have my writing notebook where I can jot my new take away , a phrase or word. I have a meditation reading daily and jot down phrases as well and look up it’s meaning just in case it’s unclear .It helps me remember and create sentences from new vocabularies. I have 1 hour set aside to improve my English in pronunciation, repetition , practice and now I’m working on accent. Yes, i give myself a reward. I’m happy digging a solid foundation in mastering English. Thanks Annemarie . I look forward to your lessons every now and then.
