Notice the woman on the staircase at 24:28 stop in her tracks when she hears you guys talking about the picture. She 100% snuck & took the picture even though she heard you say you’ll take a look at it. Then at 26:26, her heart probably dropped when you asked if “did someone grab the…” thinking you were talking about the picture lol. If this ain’t proof that you never put stuff down or leave stuff for a second at estate sales, I don’t know what is. A vulture waiting for that perfect moment to swoop in LOL

Kevin I am absolutely addicted to your videos and sooner than later I'll have watched all the videos. I learn an absolute ton from watching you and also get some good laughs as well. I wish New York would have sales like you guys have down there. I'm teetering on the edge of trying selling on EBay and sooner than later I have to take that leap of faith, as our spare bedroom has turned into one big storage closet of stuff I've bought at some phenomenal prices and my wife and daughter want me to get rid of all of it. I'm trying to find a shed as I think that's a GREAT idea and it can double as a make shift man cave.

I do enjoy watching Kevin, he is such a Gentleman and he makes going to garage sales an adventure.

Sometimes u get really good deals don't know why people feel the need to hound u about prices wen u asked the price and accepted not like you intentionally lowered any price drastically and ripped anyone off. Half the time I doubt u even know the price truly until u get to the shed and look items up yourself

I sold a Ghostbusters VHS today for £35! Absolutely mental what people will pay but I ain't complaining lol

Sometimes estate sales anger me! 10 dollars per piece of uranium glass? No ma’am! No ma’am! I buy it all the time for 50 cents to a dollar per piece! They get EXTRA .... with it... ! It really is found abundantly still! I picked up 30 beautiful pieces of it at a yard sale for 15 bucks recently . The issue is real estate companies and brick and mortar stores come in and swoop on whole estates then sell for the full value at estate sales! Only allowing themselves room to make money! And it is ridiculous! If they are not estate sales ran entirely by the family.... I don’t even bother!

Real Men: I’ve heard before that “Real men don’t eat Quiche”, but they do wear Fanny Packs. I started wearing 1 in 1997, when I retired the first time. I’d stay on my acreage for days on end, building a house, then get halfway to town and realize I forgot something I’d need (wallet, checkbook, tape measure, pen, note pack, etc), so I collected that all together in one Fanny Pack and called it: my going to town bag. I’ve worn out several since 1997, but still use one. Of course, the contents have changed over the years. No checkbook any longer, but have added a phone charger cable.

Crazy, they laid the picture down and said yes come back in to look at it... Then wasn't that what someone upstairs was passing around and looking at... I know it happens at garage sales... and Estate sales... 😥 Just funny no one had been looking then suddenly Everyone wants to see it... Haha Haha... I am not able to go to as many garage sales as I used to ... I still love treasure hunt syndrome though GUILTY.... Thanks for your fun and pleasant videos... That is why I have still been watching yours... Some of the other channels get into crazy drama & actually I am too old to run towards the crazy nonsense... 🙃... Glad you find some cool good deals and are fair with the sellers & still gain a profit. I enjoy your family, like I have said... Your children are awesome... Truly do always see in them the time you & your wife spend with them raising them.

@@mjay4700 so I am just outside on Mexico City, and to be honest what I find here is more contemporary or vintage at best. As a collector of US Militaria, especially uniforms and camouflage, the picking is good as people from the US throw away a lot of those items and they end up as rag piles here. Pottery and Textiles I imagine you’d be better served to go out to the more rural areas to find them. I have some videos on my own channel walking through some markets to get an idea. Thanks for commenting.

@@mjay4700 funny thing is here I think it’s easier to find the ww2 till vietnam items as Mexicans don’t collect it, and so it’s undervalued against the dollar. I have a store here and sell as well, and I like to find folks from the US who want to take back items I’ve rescued off the streets here.

I always want the sequined vintage stuff. I loved that black jacket hanging up high in the sale with lots of jewelry that asked you about your channel.

the singer was quite a risk. Aside from mechanical issues, if the internal cables are rotten the whole thing can be electrified. To get that checked out is quite expensive, to get it replaced is not worth it.
