seeing how you drew grian and scar's final deaths (to a warden shriek) really puts into perspective just how painful a death like that would be realistically... that being said, i love how you depicted everyones' final deaths! it really captures the feelings they were experiencing!

Yeah, definitely. Plus I think Scar's ears are bleeding, which shows their link and the fact that a shriek powerful enough to cause damage would rupture a person's eardrums. Another thing I noticed was that I think Grian was crying, being the only person still in the deep dark at that point, his death was him being scared and alone.

The death message does say “obliterated by a sonically-charged shriek.” It sounds painful from that alone, it’s probably one of the worst ways to die in Minecraft.

I love how the desert duo is so iconic as the desert duo that they’re still called that even when there isn’t a desert on the server. Although they do monopolize the sand again, so it fits.

I am enamored with this. This is the type of video that you pause every frame and just stare at it for a few seconds

This is literally so fun! It feels like an intro to a sitcom mixed with an anime opening, showing all the different pairings and then the antics they get up to together. The way you did the soulmate strings binding them was so cool too! The way it wraps around different parts of the environment and the players, and all the different moments! Big fan of it all, it's almost like a quick recap of the season!

I just realized that whenever you do the little flashes with the characters in them, it’s showing who’s still alive. Genius.

What about them being at their bases? There's a little scene of them doing something at their bases that we can easily recognise, like Scott and Cleo doing the axe crit on the bridge.

I just realized that almost all soulmates died together. Except for Jimmy and Grian, who died completely alone. Edit: It’s also terrible thinking on the other side of things, for Tango and Scar. One moment everything was fine, and then it wasn’t.

the way it is depicted here is so sad. Both of them are scared and alone, dealing with monsters much bigger than themselves. Grian had his eardrums imploded, and jimmy was probably ripped to shreds by the enderman.

I love how the souls bound can also be seen as the string of fate in regards to the deaths like with bigb and ren when it sort of looks like it wraps around the stalactite. Beautiful and so well done

I love this! The frames are basically just full-on illustrations, it’s almost a shame they show up on the screen for such a short time!

OH MY- this is absolutely beautiful, from the art style, to the character design for everyone, the attention to detail for each separate pairs and their plots, and the flow of it all with the epic choice of music, holy moly this is spectacular!!!

I swear that if this were an animated series, this would be the intro.

I had a fun time with this series, especially that moment when Tango dragged a Warden up to the surface. Glad to see you have given it some love.

Epic animatic :DD i like how it's divided into two parts, one when everyone's at 3rd life, and one when everyone's at their last life, and it matches with music as well!

I love that the whole thing is monochromatic except the soulbound lines, great touch and great animatic

ok so. this is absolutely surreal to see because my mom and brother watch this series and it’s wild to see the people’s avatars fleshed out so wonderfully like this. and im not a minecraft person at all, i usually hate mcyt with a burning passion (anything that my mom and brother watch is excluded from that), but the point i’m trying to make is that despite all of this, and the fact ive never seen this series and i have no idea what’s going on, _THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!!!_ the backgrounds and perspective are so well done, the aesthetic with the little line is so nice to look at (because of the contrast of the bright color vs. the grayscale values of everything else), i love the way you interpreted everybody’s avatars, and you somehow managed to take a minecraft series animatic and make it look like an animatic for a tv show!!!! p.s. the interpretation of endermen(?) at 0:52 is absolutely TERRIFYING i love that so much edit 10/30/23: this is such a funny comment to look back on because now i am a mcyt NERD and i am so insane about the life series, especially double life. i still stand by my previous statement that this animatic is pure gold. let it be known that once a mcyt fan, always a mcyt fan

It's not until Scott blows himself up does it disconnect for a brief moment, showing that he ended his tie with Pearl on his own to save her Gosh the amount of details is amazing
