What are the responsibilities of foster parents besides raising them? Are they responsible to provide foster children with private tuition to get their grades up, classical music lessons, swimming lessons, etc?

that's a good way to go to foster kids, if you were approved, not everybody is able to be approved, unfortunately. The kids here are sweethearts btw. A child needs to be cuddled 1:14

I bet that if Steve came to see me, he wouldn't end up with such a good story. That lady isn't half as boring as I am. And thank goodness for that. It means those kids have great parents :)
