Remliez said he is considering making a video exploring what would have happened if G-Man had found Angron before the Emperor (Nuceria is literally on one of Ultramar's borders). i'm curious what he has to say about it

Haven't watched the video but it sounds like a very interesting "what if". I feel like Bobby G would handle the situation a LOT better than the Emperor. The only thing Guilliman could have done worse than Emperor would be to help the Nucerian nobles kill Angron's gladiators... Guilliman wasn't a fan of aristocrats, and especially those that used their position for nothing but their own benefit, so it's reasonable to assume he would help Angron. That could be a complete 180 in Angron's story, as the whole reason he hated the Emperor so much was that he let his brothers die while forcefully taking him away.

As of now it is speculated that the 11th Primarch is kept in a vault on Terra. Guarded by the Adeptus Custodes. Another power that Roboute Guilliman had was the power of good parents and good parenting.

I don't think that Big E, in his infinite wisdom, would make a self-replicating tool. I think Primarchs are sterilized. Or, maybe, since they were created with the powers of Warp and non-human DNA, perhaps there isn't a creature in the galaxy that could produce offsprings with them.
