So uh... What about Goku? He wiped an army at 14. Scraped with everyone before being 18. What about Baki He was like 12 and trading hands with adults. Jojo protagonists are all like 15-17 during their spots lights...

Spidey got better at dealing with foes during the course of the series, going from not being able to take on "the big man", to ultimately being the one to defeat him in battle. I love the fact this Spidey didn't have an easy time dodging out the way of foes, it makes all his victories earned knowing all that experience didn't come out of nowhere.

This spider-man had the never give up mentality and I respect it.

This show needed 2 more seasons. The story-telling and action scenes were top notch.

This just goes to show his durability. He acts like it hurts but he walks all of them off and don't get any injuries.

If Peter Parker was a Saiyan, he'd probably be getting hella Zenkai boosts with all the ass beatings he gets every episode

I dont know why but ever since I was a kid I always liked the way he gets rag dolled around. I can't explain it, it just looks so painful and real like you actually get a sense of how much damage and punishment this man takes. I wish Insomniac would incorporate rag doll physics sometimes when he gets hurt like in GTA 4 and 5.

I like it when the hero gets banged up shows they aren't unstoppable and that there is risk to what they do powers or not

I counted how many times he gets hit or impacts with a wall or the ground.. He gets owned 460+ TIMES. EDIT: I counted again. I got FIVE-HUNDRED-NINETY.

The most damage he got from one villain was from ether Green Goblin or Venom as those are two of Spider-Man's biggest foes in this show. Carnage I think would've topped them if we got a season 3 as Carnage is just a entirely different kind of force of nature.
