Every Time I Die - Map Change (Last Song Ever On Vans Warped Tour) West Palm Beach, August 5, 2018
Музыка
This was the last song that Every Time I Die played at Warped Tour in West Palm Beach at Coral Sky Amphitheater. I had an idea that they would do something special as their last song, but no one expected the ending. I love these guys. Enjoy this 15 minute rendition of Map Change, where Jordan plays the main riff for no less than 9 minutes and 15 seconds by himself.

The tour can't end if you never stop playing
some say, he's still playing that riff, till this day...

Here after the breakup......this needs to be played on a loop forever. LONG LIVE ETID
Watching them break down the stage behind him reminded me of the band playing out as the Titanic sank... Very honorable move, Jordan!

The "ship's going down with the captain" line is very apropos considering.
"The ship's going down with the captain" is so fitting for this.

Honestly he could play that riff forever and I'd have no problems with it

Thank you Jordan for prolonging this final magical moment.
I remember reading somewhere that the reason he was playing so long was that there was a band playing on another stage and he wanted their set to finish so ETID could have the honor of being the last band/last note played at warped

Hauntingly beautiful riff... I actually wish he played it longer. Props to ETID... such a great song
Top 10 saddest anime deaths :(
Wow, while it is really awesome performance and a great send off, especially from Jordan. You can just really tell Jordan loves Warped Tour to death. Thinking back to the old ETID Dvd's, he would sell merch in the car line ups as they enter and leave, street team for ETID at warped and just literally live and breathe it. After the power was cut him just stage diving and crowd surfing, he just wanted that evening to last forever man. Dang Jordan Buckley got me right in the feels with that performance
I think we all aspire to live in the moment like that, knowing it'll be the last time.
Jordan playing the riff forever in the end will live rent free in my head to the day I'll die.
The whole zooming on the plane during one of the breaks super well timed.
im not crying, youre crying
How different it would be if instead of this song, they played "Holy Book of Dilemma" and instead of the riff being played, Keith just screamed "Separate hearts are the whole of the law!" For 8 minutes straight

This was the only right way to end Warped Tour for Every Time I Die.
Still get chills from this. Growing up warped tour was the thing I looked forward to the most every year. My favorite holiday. Standing in this crowd while Jordan kept that riff going while the stage got broken down and then it started raining and the whole crowd was fucking blown away. Fucking living poetry. Couldn’t think of a better send off for the event that molded so much of my upbringing. Thank you warped tour
2024 and I'm probably not the only one missing etid and warped tour, but we're blessed with amazing memories of both. I hope this one stays fresh in everyone's minds
That riff is such a perfect loop.

Brings a tear to my eye, that riff and passion Jordan youre the man
Jordan is a legend. Last year I ordered a t-shirt from his store, the dude couldn't find it in the size I wanted and offered 2 free shirts for the inconvenience. I said that it wasn't necessary and decided to get the same model but in a tank top (the "Make America Gay Again" one). Jordan ended up giving me the tank top I ordered, two free T-shirts, some gummy bears and a postcard. I believe he was moving the warehouse of his store somewhere else and needed to get rid of stuff and that's why I got free shit. But hey...nice gesture.

Definitely possible, but I also know for a fact Jordan is just the coolest dude. I ordered like $50 worth of stuff from his store and he ended up sending me a ton of extra shit for free. Posters, masks, etc. Dude's awesome through and through.
What a beautiful way to send off Warped Tour😭😭💕
Nothing beat an ETID show at Warped Tour in Buffalo NY. So glad I got to experience it several times in my youth.
Man, this is chilling. What a way to close out an era.
I'm so honored to have been a part of this. The last Warped date ever might not've had the best lineup, but it was for sure the most special.

Awesome that you caught the whole thing! I was rocking the rail right in front of Jordan, but I pulled out at the "end" of Map Change with a friend that was about to pass out before Jordan started to continue playing. I caught the last 6 min but it's nowhere close to how good this is. Best band ever. ETIDiots forever!
This riff helped save my life, and I think he knew it ❤❤
I am so glad you kept recording, this is iconic
I come back and watch this video often. What an absolute legend✊🏼
2022 and he's still playing that riff
That person crying sidestage at the end is a vibe
This is the greatest thing I've ever seen. Legends.
RIP ETID, the man that sank Atlantis
The coordinates we had were incorrect and now we have to re-scout the entire area. Map change. Even the title implies a dire sense of urgency. Love this band.
Maaannnnn what fuckin way to end it!! Jordan you are a true fuckin legend!!! Love this band!!!

You missed Andy literally throwing the shirt and pants he was wearing to the crowd.
I enjoy watching the guy in the emo shirt try to sort it out in his mind that he has to eventually stop Jordan somehow. What a great vid. Punk rock at its...erm...punk-est.
I don't think anything could've topped what the guitar player did at Charlotte. He handed a music equipment case out to the crowd for them to hold up and he stood on top of it and played, so epic.
Glad Jordan did this wearing the shirt of the second best band on warped tour Kublai Khan
One of the most beautiful things I've ever seen
Omfg I would have been moshing and crying 😢 like crazy last of the last, and this is where it all began for me from the very first Warped Tour in 1998 great times shout out to Josh Trustkill
These dudes make me proud to be from Buffalo. There really isn't a whole lot of (other) reasons to be proud of being from Buffalo...that sounds darker then I intended it to.

What you say is true…being that I’m from Buffalo NY and left for better days 9 years ago…I have never seen a band live more times then ETID and with their end last year I plan to keep it that way. One of the greatest bands that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing play time after time. Like you said, there’s not much to be proud of to be from Buffalo, but ETID was/is it.
There will never be a band like ETID. A band that got really big by just being themselves.
I love that they start chanting "one more song" after half the equipment has been dismantled lol a little late for that it seems
this hits so differently now 😢
Jordan is awesome! At Rock on the range last year he ended the set by crowd surfing all the way past the sound booth, still playing the whole time
That was still emotional to watch.

this shit is fucking Beautiful
The first time i watched ETID i was 14, andy played in nothing but whitey tighties, keith drank an entire bottle of jack on stage, i left with a black eye and a broken nose and a new favourite band. This was about a month after HotDamn was released. I knew nothing about hxc and hated it and the kids cuz im from the punk scene and they completely changed my whole outlook on all of it. 23 fuckin glorious years fellas.
This is my favourite video on youtube
This was beautiful. I’m so sad there was no New Mexico date this year would have loved to go to warped tour one last time
That is the saddest pit I've ever seen. This must be on the west coast.
I've been using KZread since 2007 and I think I've liked 1 video the entire time. This just became number 2. This video made me literally lol, then it frustrated me, then it shocked me and made me go wtf and finally it was wholesome at the end.
