    Scotland have improved so much, and in a more accurate pool stage I don’t feel like semi finals would be beyond them. Here’s praying for a miracle this year

    Love the way scots are playing ; it's rugby champagne... Brave forwards, quick and mighty windgers and a brilliant Finn Russell on his day... I think they are able to get off their "death pool" ; on a day they can beat every team... Bonne chance à nos amis écossais.

    This mini-series is excellent, Andrew, thank you. And the 'focus on each player' ones. Top quality content and great to watch between RWC games. I'll look forward to catching up with some more of them later. Top man! Nice one 👊

    Ali Price makes a LOT of breaks, I'm just noticing. Even though he's not Scotland's best scrum half just now, it's impossible not to love his capacity to create madshit brilliance.

    Moment? No, he had been doing that for a while and was a straight up predator. Also after that Tonga game, McLean face the Boks. He had a shocker and sold 2 tries because he simply was not ready for that level of rugby.

    Kinghorn is lowkey so fast. Also don't really get how Darcy Graham can be behing Kyle Steyn in the hierarchy of wingers, sure Steyn did good while Graham was injured but both at full flight the second creates so much more opportunities.

  • @ThymeTwister

    @ThymeTwister

    Graham is likely ahead of Steyn in the pecking order for wingers. He had a mild strain against Georgia, else he would have started. His name was on the team sheet and had to pull out. It really is an embarassment of riches in the Scottish back 3 though I must say

    Sadly we have the two worst teams we could have faced by far. You beat Scotland by keeping the ball off them, keep your defensive very tight and not allowing the game to become open. France and NZ aren't the best at that, South Africa and Ireland are. There's a good reason why Ireland have beaten Scotland 8 times in a row. So my prediction is South Africa will simply remove Scotland from the game, Scotland will get comfortable try-fests against Tonga and Romania, and then Ireland will use their desperation against them.
