But it isn't. Even peggy said it wasn't. It was a running joke on the Jpegmafia subreddit that it was the crying guy sample so idk why people decided to take it seriously. Its clearly a pitched down female vocal, and if you manipulate the sample back to the original speed, you can even hear the strumming from the original song

That time stamp has no drum loop so I have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about, but those drums in that track are actually sampled themself from Tommy James’ Candy Maker
