I remember I currently had a DS lite, and while on a vacation at the coast, we were in a shopping mall, and I came across a 3DS on display. I was so surprised they made a new one, and I played the demo and the 3D aspect of it freaked me out, felt like magic. I wanted one so bad. I eventually got one for my birthday😁. Man, back when birthdays were special

Actually, the DSI has a slightly different sound effect for startup, so that would count as a different intro.

I don’t care what anyone says, the DS and 3DS had the best startups. Every time I hear them (especially the og DS) I feel like a kid again. I specifically remember being at my grandparents house playing New Super Mario Bros and Mario Vs Donkey Kong 2 and being so immersed in the game that I didn’t realise how hard I was tapping the screen with my stylus and accidentally cracked it.

Hearing the Wii U startup makes me feel nostalgic

The DS, Gameboy advance and Gamecube startup screen and the Mii theme are the most iconic Nintendo sounds ever.

I thought that the Wii U was a good console. People thought it was a wii add-on so they didn't buy it. RIP

I dreamed of having a Wii U when I first saw the commercials, I got one back in Christmas 2015 and I still have it to this day.

I Started with the ds and game boy but the 3ds will always be the most nostalgic to me, probably because of the music in it

The Nintendo ds one brought back great memories

The game boy advance sound gave me so much good memories!

Mario running around the N64 logo is honestly adorable

You guys are lying except LaserJerry. When you turn it on that's just a warning and if you press a it shows the menu and menu is not a intro it just shows how much stuff you have.

Seeing the Gamecube start morph into the settings cube took me back about 13 years

The Nintendo 3ds makes me sad cuz my grandma had one before she died and now it just reminds me if her :’) thanks u Nintendo for a great!

God I loved my Nintendo DS still probably my favorite handheld. One of my favorite game systems overall tbh. That, my gameboy advance and my GameCube. Man Nintendo really was responsible for my whole childhood

The gba(which I only just got about a year or two ago) and the ds gives me so much nostalgia, especially the ds because I remember getting a lite when I was around 7 or 8

Gamecube startup is pure nostalgia for me. I remember staying up until 2 am with my dad while he would play the Zelda Collector's Edition.
