completely agreed on ek the tiger being best , honestly I also think camera work matters , old movies do look better and more pleasing to eye than currently overly crisp picture quality

For War and ek tha tiger the main reason of seeking audience attention is their different storylines that makes it better for an entertaining, mass action movies to enjoy !

Ek tha tiger has always been my favourite movie with all those actions, story,references and call backs at that time(on other movie had these). It's one of the most underrated and not talked movie,not only in The Spy universe but also Bollywood.

ek tha tiger is actually a romance movie in spy backdrop.... tiger zinda hai is a hostage rescue movie in spy backdrop.... war is a proper spy movie with good story.... all of the 3 movies came before considering it a universe.... then came pathaan and tiger 3 which are only cashgrab in the name of spy universe.... in these 2 movies i won't judge pathaan very hard because it was a starting of a universe in which a character from a different movie appears and it gives a hint about upcoming universe movies.... but in tiger 3 it doesn't feel like a universe movie because the cameos are forced and it didn't do any progress in the universe.... it just feels like a filler.... if war 2 or tiger vs pathaan does the same thing i won't care about the spy universe like i don't care about cop universe....

Being a neutral fan of all three start srk , salman and hrx. I can say that war is the best movie of the spy universe because of it's unpredictable plot and action, you won't believe me but i wasn't even big fan of hrx before war 😂. Other than war ek tha tiger is still the og and one of the best in spy universe.

Completely agreed. Ek tha tiger was actually very grounded. I feel nowadays the scenario is you've to make mass masala movie, large set pieces, larger than life action and have to achieve 600 crs or 1000 crs. That's it. I'm surprised with tiger 3 that they tried something different and i loved that geo political part. But those money shots are not that much impactul due to the editor i guess. But yeah it's definitely better than pathaan for me. And the wrong part same type of replication of pathaan jailbreak in tiger 3. Though honestly i loved both movies better every movies in the franchise.

@@nileshsharma5721 no it's not good. It's Above Average or Better. Negative points : 1. That Master shot / Money Shot of Zoya's towel fight hasn't put any impact . Though the choreography is brilliant. If they give more time into that part. That scene will give goosebumps for sure like it did in the trailer to me. ( this is a mistake from editing team ) 2. No emotional or rageful part after Hasan's death. 3. That last double agent part of that ISI agent can create much trouble into that part which will put more intensity. ( Though for me it's net picking ) 4. SRK 's cameo : Tiger in pathan still gives me goosebumps. But SRK's cameo has failed to put that energy. I can understand that pathaan's character isn't that much serious like tiger ( I mean to say he is a jolly, funky , chill guy type ). 5. Lack of " Spy " thing is spy movie though they've put the spy element in the 1st half ( ruaan song part )( Kat Salman fight part ) Now the positive part : There's many 1. Loved the geo political issue part a lot. I've enjoyed the 1st half and loved how they build the Atish character and the other agendas going on that time. ( It reminds ek tha tiger because that movie was based on this ) 2. Perfect incorporation of Ruaan song and the BGM 🫶🫶🫶. I guess they even upgraded it for the climax part. 3. Bhaijaan's acting . And other's performances as well. Our OG BHAIJAN is back. 4. Action Choreography is beautiful. 5. No bakwas comedy. 6. HR's part 🫶🫶 totally mesmerizing 7. Some unpredictable twist 8. Yrf actually improved their VFX a lot. I loved it. And maintained a proper colour grading which make the movie more serious and intense. 9. He is the boss bro. Tiger is the one who made the whole yrf spyverse. From me it's 3.8/5 See I'm not a biased fan. I'm telling these things from a neutral point of view. Hope you'll agree with some of it. And let me know your opinion too. I want to read it. Let's make a productive conversation regarding the spyverse.
