Krav Maga is better, Krav Maga teaches you how to safely defend yourself from multiple scenarios whether it’s a bar fight or a knife attack. Krav Maga also teaches you how to make use of dirty moves such as strikes to the groin and eye gouging. Lastly, Systema is horrible during high-stress situations because Systema focuses on relaxation while Krav Maga focuses on aggression during very stressful or unexpected situations.

Chat GPT is objectively wrong, aikido and tai chi are both top S tiers. With aikido, it doesn’t matter how strong your opponent is if their own force is used against them. As for tai chi, it uses energy cultivation to tap in to nearly limitless combat potential.

Inneficient punches?. Sure you didn't know that the sparring in Taekwon-Do ITF and WT (olimpic) are very different from each other in terms of punching. It has a lot of more hands strikes than punches that you can use for self defense in streets situations, and I'm not even mention that in the ITF style we spar with a lot of tactical punches to the face and body. It's important to make a difference between sport and martial art, and not make disinformation.
