My FNATI Theory : First in day 1, he was doing a Dayshift!, where everything was clean and the suit, the staff wear the Mickey costume and come to the office & scare him off, that make Jake piss off. So he grab a butcher knife and go into the “Mascot only” and backstabbed the staff, it goes to Minnie,goofy,Oswald and All of them, the other soul (i guess?) go into Mickey Mouse suit and turn into PN Mickey, so jake saw that he throw the butcher knife in PN Mickey neck that make him headless and bleeding orange blood, God appear and give them life again . And now the other one want to take Revange on Jake. If you get the bad ending, you will die, but In FNATI 2: Original revamp, Your now inside Mickey Mouse (like springtrap)
