I always felt the LEGO Batman Movie version was meant to reflect Danny DeVito's version a little.

Yep the guys did a smashing good job when designing the Penguin Minifigure that is based on the version from Tim Burton's Batman Returns.

I think the reason the batcave penguin is cheaper is because he is also the promo minifig in the annual for 2018, which sells for like 5 dollars on amazon, that made it cheaper

Did not know the 2014 Penguin figure existed, and now I kind of want it lol. It actually looks decent, aesthetically. At least to me. Not a big fan of the umbrella bit, but I'm pretty sure if I look hard enough, I can find people selling the TLBM umbrella piece separately and just swap it out.

The 2006 Lego Batman Penguin is my favorite, Because he's voiced by Tom Kenny, The voice of SpongeBob SquarePants, in the 2008 video game. Later it was used on Batman: The brave and the bold.

with the new Thrawn figure out, you guys should do an imperial officer collection.

I'm surprised they hadn't realised that the Penguin from the Lego Batman movie sets were based from the Danny Devito Penguin, since the light blue skin tone is supposed to represent his very pale, cold skin tone and the top hat is very reminiscent of the one that Danny Devito wears. But of course, it would be very nice if Lego do bring out a Penguin minifig that looks even more like the Danny Devito Penguin

My guess; The Arctic Roller Penguin might be more expensive because of the availability of the set. Not a single toy store or online retailer seemed to carry it around here and ordering straight from Lego was the only option I could find.

@Lego Comic Reviews - No such thing as Target here in Finland :) Curiously, the only Lego Batman sets that didn't end up on local store shelves were the Arctic Roller and Arkham Asylum.

It's weird how I had a decent amount of legos when I was a kid but ended up losing most of them.

These are the versions I plan on making take the danny devito one but replace the head with the newer flesh tone from either 2012, 2014 or 2016 take the Burgess Meredith version & add the light purple pants of the same color for just a little more accuracy

Duckeroni the one with the grin face is from the bat cave and the frowning one is from his arctic roller
