They gave Thrawn the wrong rank insignia. He’s a *Grand Admiral*, which is a huge deal because he’s a Chiss, not a Human, and the Empire had *very* discriminatory policies and attitudes about non-Humans.

it is because when they send lego the artwork for the character, he was just an Admiral, cause the first time he appears in the rebels show he is an Admiral, he then gets promoted to Grand Admiral, so it is not legos fault

SchwesterViviana Admirals have a gray uniform, not white, only directors, ISB, or Grand Admirals have those. Lego was just being lazy.

If I recall, he was given the white uniform early by Yularen, but I'd have to re-read the book, it might have been something else he got early.

Actually, the insignia places him as an admiral. Maybe it is set during Thrawn (the novel)

If only Lego had put the correct rank bar on Grand Admiral Thrawn (3 Blue & 3 Yellow over 3 Blue & 3 Red) instead of the Admirals rank bar (6 Blue over 6 Red). Ah well, thats what you get for going off of concept images.

Admiral thrawn really went from $9 to $90 just from Ashoka mentioning him in Mando s2

Some people are complaining about the officer in the solo battle pack, but I think it's great. We get lots of FO officers but we can't easily get imperial officers easily

Minifigures don’t have pupils, they have a glare in their eyes representing light hitting the eye

Yularen is a colonel, he was a admiral in the Clone Wars TV series, changed to army and got to colonel

I use them to make clone officers I just give them the angery clone face

The only other time we see the officer from the advent calendar is in a Lego star wars activity book

The black “naval” officer with four blue squares is actually part of the stormtrooper corps and he would wear this uniform when not in combat otherwise he would wear stormtrooper armour

The imperial officer from the advent calendar is unique, the rank makes him a general and he has 2 of those silver things while the officer in the 2014 star destroyer is a captian and has one silver thing

Actually in that case it is Colonel Yularen. He was an Admiral with the Republic Navy but joined the ISB rising to the rank of Colonel.

I only collected some of the imperial high command officers, i have the new Tarkin, colonel Yularen, Director Krennic, Grand Admiral Thrawn, the newest general veer and one imperial Captain of sand color uniform.

the officer from the 2017 calendar has 4 red squares and 4 blue squares which makes him a general, the others that are pretty much the same like the one in the 2014 star destroyer has 3 red squares and 3 blue squares, which to my knowledge is a captain.. dont quote me on ranks just pointing out small Minnie differences

Really can't understand the prejudice against 75132. In my opinion it is the one of the best battlepacks. A big amount of different troopers and a normal turret (unlike, e.g., the so-called walker from 75165)

I wish they made the insignia correspond with the rank correctly. Like thrawn would most likely have the HiCOM one (6 blue tiles, 3 red and 3 yellow) and not the long strips of blue and red, Because thats only Admiral. Thrawn was the Grand Admiral giving him the high priotery/ HiCOM insignia...but this is lego we're talking about so I dont expect it to be accurate.

Yularen is a colonel of the ISB in that uniform. He quit his job as an admiral
